In reply to: [EventPrime – Events Calendar, Bookings and Tickets] End time problemThank you for your detailed explanation.
We tested this scenario and found that it is possible to set the end time to 5:30 PM on a later date. When you scroll down in the end time dropdown, you will find the option for 5:30 PM.
If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.Thanks for reaching out to us.
You can achieve this directly from the Edit Event page in EventPrime:- Go to Events → All Events in your dashboard.
- Open the event you want to restrict.
- In the Event Settings metabox, locate the Restriction section.
- Set Maximum Tickets Per User to 1.
This will restrict each user to a single booking for that event. (If you leave it blank or set it to 0, there will be no restriction.)

Yes, the latest 4.1.1.0 update includes the GDPR-related improvements along with the necessary fixes.
You can proceed with testing it on your staging environment before deploying it to the live site.We have addressed and resolved the issue. Please create a new event and check if it displays correctly. Newly created events should now display as expected. For events created prior to the update, you will need to either update them manually or edit the parent event. (Please note: Editing the parent event may result in the loss of existing bookings, so we recommend updating individual recurring events manually.) When you edit and save the parent event, the system will regenerate the recurring events based on the updated configuration, which should resolve the display issue.
If the issue still persists, please let us know. We are here to help.
Thanks for the detailed reply and for sharing the site info.

If you continue to experience this problem when creating new events, please let us know.Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback — it’s very helpful for us.
We completely understand your points regarding ease of customization, especially for users without coding experience.
We’re continually working on improving EventPrime so that common customizations — including visual adjustments like button and text colors — can be done more easily from within the WordPress admin, without the need to dig into CSS. This is a priority for us, and your feedback reinforces its importance.
As for the additional changes you mentioned that go beyond the current plugin capabilities, WordPress.org is intended for support with the core plugin. For any customizations outside the core feature set, we’d be happy to discuss them directly through our support channel on the EventPrime website. We have dedicated department to handle such projects.
This way, we can review your specific requirements in detail, suggest tailored solutions, and if needed, prepare a customization plan that suits your needs.
We truly value your input — it’s what helps us shape EventPrime to be even better for all users.
You can apply custom CSS by following these steps:
- Go to “Appearance” in your WordPress dashboard.
- Select “Customize.”
- In the Customizer, find the “Additional CSS” section, usually located at the bottom left corner of the panel.
- Paste your CSS snippets here.
If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Thanks for your patience.
