Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention and for the detailed analysis you provided.
We have reviewed the reported timezone handling inconsistency in the
check_booking_eligible_for_edit()function, particularly concerningcustom_daterestrictions. We acknowledge the bug introduced in version 4.1.0.1 due to the transition fromdate_i18n()towp_date().Our development team is currently investigating the best approach to resolve this while ensuring proper timezone conversions using WordPress standards. A fix will be included in one of our upcoming releases very soon.
We truly appreciate your feedback and collaboration.
Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
We fully understand the importance of having a default ticket template auto-selected during event creation, and have already shared this with our development team for review. In the meantime, it’s recommended to manually select a ticket template when setting up new events.
Your patience and continued support are truly appreciated.

In reply to: [EventPrime – Events Calendar, Bookings and Tickets] user registrationYes, this is absolutely possible using the EventPrime Guest Bookings extension.
To clarify, the Guest Bookings extension allows users to book event tickets without needing to register or log in to your website. They simply fill out a short guest booking form with their details.
Once the booking is completed, the EventPrime Event Tickets extension ensures that the ticket(s) are automatically attached to the booking confirmation email, which is sent directly to the user’s email address.
This setup streamlines the process and provides a seamless experience for your attendees, without requiring account creation.
Let us know if you’d like help enabling or setting this up!

We are looking into this and update you shortly.@emeeder ,
Thank you once again for your continued patience. After the recent plugin update, newly created recurring events should now display correctly without the earlier date-shifting issue. However, for events that were created prior to this update, the issue may still persist.
To resolve this for older events, we suggest the following:
- Edit and re-save the parent recurring event, which will regenerate the event series correctly.
- Or manually update the affected event instances as needed.
Additionally, this is a great suggestion — thank you @emeeder !
The drag-and-drop feature in the backend calendar view extremely helpful. It allows you to quickly adjust event dates by simply dragging an event forward or backward, and even move multiple events one after another without any page reload.
If the problem continues with a newly created event, please inform us.@emeeder
Thanks for reaching out to us.
We’ve released a fix in the latest version that addresses the recurring event date issue. However, from your feedback, it seems the problem may still reoccur after manually updating events, especially when modifying repeat settings.
To help us investigate this thoroughly and ensure a permanent fix, could you please provide:- A screenshot of the Repeat Event and Date and Time section from the Event Settings metabox prior to the update
- A URL of an event where the issue reappeared.
- Please elaborate in full detail on the exact steps you followed after updating to version v4.1.0.1. Whether you are editing the parent event only, or updating individual recurrences as well.
- A screenshot of your WordPress Timezone Settings from the Dashboard → Settings → General, specifically showing:
- Timezone
- Date Format
- Time Format
- Week Starts On
- Additionally, please go to Tools → Site Health → Info, scroll down and click on “Copy site info to clipboard”, then paste and share that information with us.
This information will be very helpful for us in identifying the root cause of the issue. We will look into this on priority.
Looking forward to your reply.

Thanks for the feedback.
Currently, EventPrime does not where attendees register once for the entire series of differently scheduled sessions. The “Recurring Event” feature treats each date as a separate booking. We’ve shared this with our team for future updates.

To display the events neatly within the specified space on your homepage, we recommend using the following shortcode: [em_events view=”rows” disable_filter=”1″]. This shortcode will present your events in a rows view and remove the filter bar.
