The
cols="3"parameter is not supported in EventPrime shortcodes.
To control the number of columns in the staggered grid view, please go to:- Navigate to EventPrime → Settings
- Click on the Frontend Views tab
- Under the Event Listings sub-tab, find “No. of Columns in Grid Views”
- Choose the desired number of columns from the dropdown

Yes, what you’re trying to do is possible with EventPrime’s Offline Payments extension. It allows users to submit bookings without paying online. The event can show the cost, and upon booking, both the admin and user receive a confirmation email. You can then invoice them manually. For more information please visit the following link: https://theeventprime.com/all-extensions/offline-payments/
Thank you for your update, and we’re glad to hear that the issue now appears to be resolved.
In some cases, this type of behavior may be caused by conflicts with other plugins or due to cached data. To ensure everything continues to work as expected, we recommend temporarily deactivating any other plugins except EventPrime, clearing both your browser and server cache, and then creating a new event to confirm that the issue does not reoccur. If you notice the problem again or face any other issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
We’re always here to assist you further.

Our apology for delayed response.
To remove the “Add More Dates” option from the front-end event submission form, please add the following JavaScript code to your theme’sfooter.phpfile of your currently active theme
This script will effectively hide the additional date field from the event submission form, preventing any confusion for your users. To help us investigate further, could you please provide the following:
- Screenshots of the backend before and after the event update
- A screenshot of the frontend showing the incorrect date
- The URL of the site where the issue occurs
We appreciate your cooperation.

We have checked on our end and found everything to be working fine. Could you please recreate the repeat event and check again?
Note: Your event starts on Friday, July 4, 2025, and you set it to repeat weekly on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with an end date of July 13, 2025, EventPrime treats the initial event date (July 4) as the first occurrence. The repeating pattern then begins from the following week, which is why an event was not created on Saturday, July 5.As a result, the events are created on: July 4 (initial event), July 6 (first Sunday), July 11, 12, and 13 (second weekend).
If the issue persists, please let us know.@dsided , @lpint
Thank you for your feedback.
We understand that scrolling through the time dropdown can be inconvenient. While it’s currently designed to ensure consistent formatting, we agree that starting the list at 12:00 PM, allowing manual input, or having two dropdowns—one for the hour and one for the minutes—would improve the experience. We’ve passed your suggestions to our development team for future consideration. We truly appreciate your input!
