Hi @engeniusweb,
Thank you for writing to us!
The restriction on adding, editing, and deleting event entities is intentionally limited to top-level roles to safeguard against unintended modifications.
However, you can enable the Editor role to manage event taxonomies (event types, venues, and organizers) by assigning the manage_em_event_terms and edit_em_event_terms capabilities, allowing them to add and edit these elements.
If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to let us know.Hello @lpint,
Thank you for sharing your insightful feedback. Please note that the system updates the end date automatically based on the start date when the “all day event” checkbox is toggled off and on again after modifying the start date.
We’ve recorded your request for an automated end date update feature, and our team plans to include this improvement in an upcoming release.
We’ll highlight the change in our changelog and update you via this thread.
Your input is greatly valued.Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can achieve this by using the shortcode below, which disables the search filter and only shows upcoming events: [em_events upcoming=”1″ disable_filter=”1″]
This will allow visitors to walk through the calendar without the search bar appearing.
If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.Thank you for sharing your suggestion! Currently, EventPrime offers two ways to simplify this process:
- Duplicate Event – Quickly copy an existing event (including its tickets and settings) and make small changes for the new date. https://theeventprime.com/how-to-duplicate-events-in-wordpress/
- Recurring Events – Set an event to repeat automatically on a schedule, so you don’t need to re-create tickets each time. https://theeventprime.com/how-to-create-recurring-wordpress-events/
These options work much like templates and should help reduce repetitive steps when creating similar events.

The organizer details in EventPrime are stored as taxonomy term meta. Each organizer is saved as a taxonomy term, and their associated information (such as name, address, etc.) is stored in thewp_termmetatable.

EventPrime uses a custom post type for events instead of the default WordPress posts and pages. Because of this, the standard “related posts” functionality does not automatically apply to events.
To achieve similar functionality, we recommend using EventPrime shortcodes or the widget extension under the sidebar, which allows you to display events across your site.
You may explore shortcodes by going to EventPrime->Shortcodes on the WordPress dashboard

We checked on your site and noticed that when you first share the event link on Facebook, the venue image may appear in the preview. However, after completing the share, the correct event image is displayed.
We are also reviewing this further on our end, and we will update you once we have more details.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

We have checked at our end and found everything is working fine.
According to your screenshot, you are currently adding content in the Code (Text) tab of the editor. In this mode, line breaks are not automatically applied, so you need to insert<br/>tags manually. To fix this:
- Switch to the Visual tab in the editor.
- Write your content normally and press Enter for a new line or Enter twice for a new paragraph.
- WordPress will automatically handle the paragraph formatting.
If the issue persists, please let us know
