We have checked at our end and found that it’s working fine. We made timezone-related changes in version 4.1.3.1 (September 5, 2025). If your events were created before that update, please update them manually to apply the latest timezone logic.Note:
- In the case of recurring events, please update each child event manually.
- Be careful while updating the parent event for all recurrences, as this may result in the loss of existing bookings.
If the issue persists, please share the Site Health information so we can investigate further.

In reply to: [EventPrime – Events Calendar, Bookings and Tickets] Checkout fields twice…Thank you for reaching out to us.
At the moment, the Name and Email fields are mandatory in the Guest-Checkout-Fields and cannot be removed. That’s why they appear alongside the Event-Checkout-Fields, which may cause some duplication.
We do understand this can feel repetitive, and our team is already reviewing ways to improve the process in future updates so that duplicate fields can be avoided.

To remove the sidebar, please follow these steps:- Go to Divi → Theme Options → Layout tab and under Single Post Layout disable the Place Thumbs on Posts option.
- For sidebar control, please enable the Divi Builder on your event page. Once enabled, you will see the Divi Page Settings box on the edit event page. From there, you can set the Page Layout to No Sidebar or any layout of your choice.
This should allow you to remove the sidebar as needed. Please let us know if you run into any difficulties, and we’ll be happy to assist further.
We have forwarded this to our testing team and will update you as soon as possible.
