EventPrime plugin changing event times

    I seem to have a problem with events in EventPrime. When I enter them they show the correct date. However, when they’re displayed on the front-facing calendar they show up as being a hour ahead, that is, when I put them in at 8pm they show up as 9pm. I’m in the UK. I’ve set the time zone on the website to London. I think the problem must be something to do with daylight saving time, because all the events after the end of October (when the clocks go back) are fine – it’s only the ones before then that are affected. It really doesn’t make sense though!

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    We have checked at our end and found that it’s working fine. We made timezone-related changes in version 4.1.3.1 (September 5, 2025). If your events were created before that update, please update them manually to apply the latest timezone logic.

    Note:

    • In the case of recurring events, please update each child event manually.
    • Be careful while updating the parent event for all recurrences, as this may result in the loss of existing bookings.

    If the issue persists, please share the Site Health information so we can investigate further.

    I’d also like to add that in my case, the incorrect display affects only one category of events — the others, placed on a different page, are showing correctly. Also, the events that are displaying incorrectly were all created after September 20th.
