Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you please confirm if you are referring to the header section of the page? If so, please note that this part is not being generated by EventPrime, but rather by your theme or another plugin. Thanks for reaching out to us.
Currently, EventPrime stores event dates as timestamps in the database. Since Elementor’s Loop Grid block does not have built-in functionality to convert timestamps into readable date/time formats automatically. However, we are working on providing a dedicated Elementor widget in a future release.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

You can use the shortcode and CSS below to display the performer’s upcoming events while hiding the profile details:<div class="ep-upcoming-events">[em_performer id="{PERFORMER_ID}"]</div>You can find the
{PERFORMER_ID}on the Edit Performer page. After adding shortcode please navigate to Events → Settings, select the Custom CSS tab, and place the following CSS in the TextArea:
.ep-upcoming-events .ep-details-info-wrap { display: none; }This setup will remove the performer’s profile details and only show the upcoming events.

Our team is here to assist you promptly.Hi @papex ,
Thank you for reaching out. We’re sorry for the challenges you’ve experienced and are dedicated to providing comprehensive support to resolve your concerns.
Our free “EventPrime Events Import Export” extension allows event imports from Google Calendar or file formats such as CSV, JSON, XML, and ICS. Once installed, you can locate these options in the “Import” tab under “EventPrime > Import Export” sub-menu in your dashboard.
To address your request for importing events with Date, Start Time, End Time, Teacher, and Classroom details, please follow these steps:
1) Download our pre-configured CSV file from here, which we have customized for your requirements.
2) Fill in the columns: Title (class name), Start Date, Start Time, End Date, End Time, Location (classroom/lab), Performers (faculty/professor), and Date Format (e.g., m/d/y for 10/1/2025, consistent with date fields).
3) Navigate to the “Import Export” sub-menu, select “Import using files” in the “Import” tab.
4) Upload the CSV file to complete the import.
If you encounter any difficulties or have questions, please contact us.
We’re here to assist you!Hi @rkwonline ,
Thank you for reporting the warning message.
The message suggests that event data is unavailable for the frontend event listing views, specifically the square grid view in your case.To better understand and resolve this, could you please confirm the following:
- Are you using a specific shortcode for the event listing? If so, please share the shortcode for further investigation.
- Were the events listed in the backend sub-menu imported, or were they previously created by you?

We have carefully reviewed your Site Health information, including your PHP version and WordPress setup, but were unable to reproduce the reported error on our end.
Upon further inspection, we noticed that your site is also running the Eventozilla – Event Calendar – Elementor Widget plugin. Please note that Eventozilla is not fully WordPress-compliant and may lead to conflicts with EventPrime. We recommend temporarily deactivating Eventozilla and testing again to confirm if the issue persists
Please share the results after you have verified; we will be on standby.Forum: Plugins
