Looking forward to your reply.Yes, this can be achieved by creating two separate ticket types for the same event:
- Member-Only Ticket – Set the Availability Date to one week before the general release date and use the Visibility option to restrict access to members.
- General Public Ticket – Set the Availability Date to one week later and keep the Visibility as “Public,” so everyone can purchase it from that date onwards.
You will find all of these settings when creating or editing a ticket type, under the Availability and Visibility tabs. This approach ensures members have exclusive early access, while the public can purchase tickets at the later release date.
Regarding the issue where your change to the date and time does not save even after updating the event — could you please share a screenshot or screencast showing the steps where this occurs? That will help us better understand the problem and assist you more effectively.
Looking forward to your reply. Thanks for reaching out to us.
We have reviewed your setup and noticed that you are currently using the Third-Party Bookings option in the Event Settings metabox on the event edit page.
Please note that in order to send emails directly through EventPrime — including the ability to use placeholders — you will need to use EventPrime’s native booking process.
If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.We will update you shortly.
