Could you please confirm whether any changes were made to the timezone settings under WordPress → Settings → General->Timezone after the recurring events were created?
If the timezone setting is adjusted after events are scheduled, it can affect how the event timestamps are saved and displayed on the calendar.

EventPrime provides export options for end users. On the Event Details page, when you hover over the calendar icon located above the Buy Tickets box, you’ll see options for iCal Export, Google Calendar, Outlook 365, and Outlook Live. These allow users to easily add individual events to their personal calendars.At this time, subscribing to the entire calendar as a feed is not available. However, this feature is already in our development pipeline and will be included in an upcoming release.

It allows you to quickly adjust event dates by simply dragging an event forward or backward, and even move multiple events one after another without any page reload.

- Changing the “Sold Out” message on additional events
You can change the label by following these steps in your WordPress dashboard:- Go to EventPrime → Settings
- Open the Language tab
- Under the Buttons section, find the “Sold Out” field
- Replace it with your preferred text (for example: “This event is part of a series – Purchase tickets here”).
- Single ticket across all repeating events
At the moment, EventPrime does not support linking one ticket to multiple repeating events by default. That said, your idea of showing one ticket across all repeating events is a great suggestion. We have noted it as a feature request and will review it with our product team for possible inclusion in a future update.
