You can add Custom CSS from plugin settings for styles. Can you please explain in detail what type of unique style you want to apply for this? So, I can provide you steps for that.

Redeem amount option will only show if the order is “Paid”. I am attaching an image here how it looks like.
You can add the used amount from the “Redeem Partial Amount” box. If you have $80 total balance and customer used $50 then you need to add there $50 so, after save changes remaining balance will be $30. You don’t need to mark it used if doing it manually.

Currently, on order page “Remaining Balance” will show like if customer purchase $50 voucher and used only $10 from it then will show total amount $50 and remaining amount $40.

are you receiving all previous order emails? Because currently, URL is valid till 1 hour so, if any user did not receive the email then the user can refresh the page and get the mail.

Thanks for letting me know. This issue could be from another plugin CSS code that is conflicting with our plugin.
Do you have any theme builder related plugin? If yes then please try to deactivate it once and check it’s working or not. else you can also try to deactivate each plugin one by one. you can try this after installing the “Health Check & Troubleshooting” plugin for safe testing.thanks!! if you need further any help just let me know π

I tested it’s receiving 15-20 mins different from time but this could be due to our site hosted on the server and it has different timezone also, it could be due to Email traffic mail successfully sent from server but due to traffic, we receive emails late. will surely try to improve this in our next update if it’s timezone related issue.

I think you have not deleted the old version and parallel install the new version. If yes then delete the old version it will surely work. Let me know if you still, have any issues.

Glad to hear it’s working better now. this 30 mins gap could be due to different timezone for the receiver or it also could be because of mail traffic. But still, as you mention the issue here I made one test order on my site and schedule it as per our timezone will let you know when I get the email.
