You can add Custom CSS from plugin settings for styles. Can you please explain in detail what type of unique style you want to apply for this? So, I can provide you steps for that.
Regarding price currently, there is only a common option for both Gift vouchers and Gift Items.

First of all thank you for the speed of your response.
I want to do for my restaurant: 1 gift voucher where customers can put the amount they want and where this price is displayed on the gift voucher in PDF and some Gift Items (with for example 2 menus at 100 €) where I do not want the price to be displayed on the PDF.
Then I want to put an image on the entire voucher for gift vouchers with price and 1 other image for gift items without price.
If we can do that with CSS, it would be perfect!

Using CSS yes we can hide and show the price as you mentioned but CSS code will not affect to voucher PDF for that need to customize the plugin.
