I can see in your image, you have a cache plugin installed… Can you please clear the cache and then check? Because I think this is caching related issue, your screen not looking so small and I checked but this kind of design not showing on any screen.

This scheduling works based on the timezone you have set from your admin panel. Can you confirm your timezone properly setup from WordPress settings?

You can do like… Change each information to the new line <tr>.
for ex. “Buyer’s Information” column, Shipping: Shipping as Email
as you can see “Shipping” word in bold and it’s value in normal so, you can add these both on the new line.Shipping:
Shipping as Emailalso, you can add a scroll in responsive design.
and regarding updates, If you update the plugin your custom changes will be lost.if possible can you please share a screenshot of your issue? So, I can check how it looks on your screen.

Can you please confirm the payment process and order process completed successfully when the client schedules it? Because if the process isn’t completed then it will not send.
Also, please confirm the success page has below shortcodes within a page.

If you are able to modify the plugin core files then you can follow the below steps…
– You can find one class file “voucher.php” from the below path from your plugin directory.
gift-voucher-pro/classes/voucher.php– From there you can update the width applied for Table columns… Also, you can remove some column data if you find any not required data.
– You can find the “column_voucher_info” class and modify it as you need.Let me know if you have any queries.

If you are creating a voucher order from Admin then the mail will not send to the customer. currently, this functionality is not available.
You can find the order and PDF from the Voucher orders page and later send it to your customer manually.

You can create Gift Items of different amounts from All Gift Items => Add New. This will different Voucher not only one voucher.
– also, when you add the Template you can upload image. If you wanted to change the default image then you can find it from Plugin Settings => “Add Your Custom Demo Image”.
