You can see the customer’s redeem history from Gift Voucher Plugin => Gift Voucher Orders => Check Voucher Balance. From here you can check the voucher used for which order with order id.

I checked your site and found that it returns a forbidden error on each step while ajax calls. This might be due to invalid file permission or can you confirm your site has any security-related plugin or not? Because it can block the IP and decline the access.
Please do change the file permission of wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

I think you are not using the latest version of the plugin. In the latest version 3.3.9, we have included the “Add Gift Voucher Order” page from where admin can create order.
Also, from there you don’t need to pay that will directly be added to the order list.

I have checked by adding 7300 days and yes it’s not working. kindly check by adding 6000 days. It’s working for me.
we will check this issue in detail and resolve the issue in our next update. till that please add the number of days less than 6000.

I checked your requirement but currently, the plugin doesn’t have this kind of functionality, has to customize the plugin.

There is an issue with the SG Optimizer plugin. Is optimizing pdfs so, image is not rendering perfectly on previews but working when we are saving pdfs on the server. You can check after temporary deactivating that plugin.

If you wanted to disable the Post shipping then you can find the settings from Plugin Settings => General Settings
Also, If you want to disable scheduling as voucher sends on the future date then currently plugin doesn’t have this kind of feature for now.
