Para mejorar nuestro servicio quisierámos saber porque el feedback està negativo y donde nos aconseja poner nuestra attenciòn para mejorar el servicio mismo.
La mayoria de nuestros clientes se quedan muy satisfechos con nuestros servicios y ese feedback baja el indice de aprobación general, que para nosotros es muy importante.

Right now, there are only four payment methods in our plugin (PayPal, Stripe, Sofort and Selection per Invoice).

Thanks for your feedback.
Yes, postcode is a number field right now and also set as not null. So always if user don’t enter postcode the value automatically add as 0.
You are right that we should change the postcode as text field. We will update this field as text field in our next update.

It seems that your WordPress uploads directory is not writable. because our plugin is not creating and saving the vouchers on your server. Can you check the permission of your website uploads directory?

Hi @makeyourbullet,
It seems like any other plugin is also using the same library for PDF generation.
Can you please do other plugins deactivate one by one and then activate our plugin? so you can find out which other plugin is conflicting with the FPDF library.
There could be the theme also which can be also use the FPDF library.
Please let me know if this doesn’t help you with this.
