Thank you for reporting this issue. At the moment, the “bank info” field is automatically removing line breaks, so the text ends up appearing on a single line. We’ll review the data handling for this field and update it so that it fully supports multiline text (preserving line breaks and paragraphs).
If possible, could you please share an example of the bank info content you want to display? This will help us test and ensure everything works correctly.

Thank you for letting us know. We’ve checked and found that this issue is caused by our current PDF generation library not supporting emojis or special characters (such as macrons). As a result, those parts of the text don’t appear in the PDF, even though they display correctly in the backend.
We’ll look into this further and find an appropriate solution. Could you please share a specific example of the message the client entered (including the emoji or special characters) so we can reproduce the issue and address it as quickly as possible?

The issue is that you’re missing a success page that handles the PayPal callback. Here’s how to fix it:

- Create a page titled “Voucher Payment Successful”
- Set the page slug to: voucher-payment-successful
- Add this shortcode in the content: [wpgv_giftvouchersuccesspage]
- Publish the page
What this does:
Once PayPal redirects customers back to your site, this page will automatically verify the payment and update the status from “Not paid” to “Paid” in your backend.Important: The page slug must be exactly “voucher-payment-successful” for the plugin to recognize it.

Regarding your question about coupon codes and gift vouchers:
Coupon Codes: The plugin does NOT support applying coupon codes to gift vouchers. Gift vouchers can only be used AS coupon codes in WooCommerce checkout.
Different Purchase Price vs Voucher Value: The plugin does NOT support creating vouchers where you pay $50 but get a $60 voucher value. The voucher value always equals the purchase price.
What’s Available: The plugin has a “Special Price” feature that allows you to sell vouchers at a discounted price (e.g., sell a $100 voucher for $80), but you cannot create vouchers with bonus value.
Recommendation: If you need these specific features, you would need custom development or alternative plugins.

We’ve noted the issue regarding the use of a comma (
,) instead of a period (.) in the price format, specifically in the minimum price field and on the PDF receipts.We will be adding an option that allows users to choose the decimal separator in the plugin settings. However, to ensure this feature works reliably across the system, we will need some additional time for testing and validation.

[wpgv_giftcard]shortcode is only available in the Gift Card Pro version.
In the free version, the system is set to display 3 gift cards by default, and currently does not support a parameter to adjust this number.If you’re interested in more flexible display options and additional features, feel free to explore the Pro version.
