To remove anything from PDF like terms or email then you have to modify the core file of the plugin. You can modify the below files.
Your Plugin directory/gift-voucher-pro/templates/pdfstyles
style1.php
style2.php

I saw the page, there is the issue because your theme CSS is conflicting with our plugin CSS.
Please add below CSS code in the plugin settings > custom CSS tab.
body #voucher-multistep-form.wizard>.content {float: none}

I checked that you were using a sandbox Client ID in the PayPal Client Live ID field. So that issue shows.
Now I have updated the Client Live ID in your payment settings. It is working fine.
Please check and let me know if there is anything else you need for any help.
