Yes, you can change this from the Plugin setting page. “Email Settings”
you can Disable “Send Customer Receipt” then the customer will not receive Receipt emails.Also, you can check our guideline from here.

If you want to make any changes in front then for that you can change from custom CSS. But, If you want changes for PDF then yes you have to customize the plugin files.
