    HI Gift Cards Pro,
    A gift card purchase was made a few days ago – scheduled to send the gift card via email this morning. The email was not sent so the client did not receive it.

    Can you help me troubleshoot this please?

    Can you please confirm the payment process and order process completed successfully when the client schedules it? Because if the process isn’t completed then it will not send.

    Also, please confirm the success page has below shortcodes within a page.
    => Payment Successful Page – please use this shortcode [wpgv_giftvouchersuccesspage]
    => Stripe Success Page – please use this shortcode [wpgv_stripesuccesspage]

    thanks for your help

    it uses stripe – and the short codes are correct

    the scheduling test finally turned up
    The test I sent through to myself to arrive at 1210 yesterday, finally arrived at 0019 this morning. The delay delivery time is set in 24 hour clock so it wasn’t a mistake on my end, however it is sending it 12 hours late???

    can you let me know how to fix this please?

    This scheduling works based on the timezone you have set from your admin panel. Can you confirm your timezone properly setup from WordPress settings?

    I have tested it again – with the UTC set to melbourne – and it is much more accurate – it arrived 30 minutes later than scheduled – is there a way to get it to arrive exactly when a customer schedules it?

    Glad to hear it’s working better now. this 30 mins gap could be due to different timezone for the receiver or it also could be because of mail traffic. But still, as you mention the issue here I made one test order on my site and schedule it as per our timezone will let you know when I get the email.

    Hi @iwallace001

    I tested it’s receiving 15-20 mins different from time but this could be due to our site hosted on the server and it has different timezone also, it could be due to Email traffic mail successfully sent from server but due to traffic, we receive emails late. will surely try to improve this in our next update if it’s timezone related issue.
