Hi @lindsay-heydon
Currently, on order page “Remaining Balance” will show like if customer purchase $50 voucher and used only $10 from it then will show total amount $50 and remaining amount $40.
Let me know if I am getting wrong or any further query
Yes, sorry. How do I take the $10 from the purchased amount in the backend (not using Woo). So that indeed the remaining balance would show $40.00.
When I go to ‘Gift Voucher Orders’ I only seem to be able to Mark as Used or Mark as Paid. I’d like to be able to note that the customer had spent $10 of the purchased voucher and had some balance left to use.
Hi @lindsay-heydon
Thanks for the explanation,
Redeem amount option will only show if the order is “Paid”. I am attaching an image here how it looks like.
You can add the used amount from the “Redeem Partial Amount” box. If you have $80 total balance and customer used $50 then you need to add there $50 so, after save changes remaining balance will be $30. You don’t need to mark it used if doing it manually.
Let me know if you have further queries 🙂
I don’t seem to get that box at all. Even when I’ve clicked on Mark as Paid.
On the Purchased Voucher Codes tab, the columns are Bulk Actions tick box : Order id : Voucher Code : etc
It’s like the Order id I have is where your ‘Redeem Partial Amount’ box is.
Many thanks, Lins
