Data is being copied now. It should be complete in less than an hour.
Good news: we’re going to be able to recover the data. It should be online within a few hours.
I found and resolved the conflict that caused your referrers, searchterms, and clicks to be lost for September 19-20. September 21 will not be lost. I don’t yet know if we will be able to recover the lost days, but we will try. I regret the loss, especially knowing that it was my fault.
We’re working the the problem.

In reply to: [Plugin: WordPress.com Stats] Email Stats…?There is a new feature called Summary Tables. The link is in the bottom left box on the main stats report. You could send a screenshot of that.

In reply to: Can’t Delete All in AkismetThe Delete All issue is unrelated to the value of zero.
Ryan fixed it: http://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/62048/
You just need to update your Akismet plugin to 2.1.8.

In reply to: Page ID instead of permalinks in statsHere’s how it works: when you save a post, the permalink is sent to WordPress.com for use in your stats reports. When you change your permalink structure, a command is sent to WordPress.com to flush the permalinks because they have changed.
There should be a better system in place in a future version of Stats.

In reply to: 2.6 deleted all my WordPress Stats!!What happened: your blog re-registered at WordPress.com with something different about it (maybe the path?), causing the duplicate entry to be added to your WordPress.com account.
That is only a guess because none of you have provided your blog URL, which I need in order to find your records in the database.
You may fix it by deleting your stats options:
DELETE FROM wp_options WHERE option_name = 'stats_options'and then installing and activating the newest version of Stats. In 1.3 I added an option to let you associate your blog with a pre-existing record in the WordPress.com database.
Alternatively, if you are comfortable editing a serialized PHP array you can manually correct the blog_id in your stats_options. The correct blog_id can be found in the URL of the global dashboard page where you view your stats.
