Yes, the Pro edition includes lightbox and tooltip layouts, see this page for an example: https://wpdrawattention.com/demos/charts-and-graphs/
and all the editions of Draw Attention allow you to show hotspots in red/green, please see this guide for how to set different colors: https://wpdrawattention.com/document/sold-vs-available/
For more information on the Pro edition please only send us emails at support@wpdrawattention.com

If that doesn’t help, you’ll need to contact us at support@wpdrawattention.com since we cannot offer Pro edition support on these forums.
The updating issue is not related to the Free edition.

It seemed like the theme or another plugin was inserting CSS to make the Description and More Info boxes invisible.
The solution to this problem here was adding this CSS snippet:body .hotspot-content { visibility: visible; opacity: 1; background: none; box-shadow: none; position: relative; text-align: left; }Though this may only work with @sikau website. If anyone else is having an issue similar to this – please contact our support team so that we can figure out a tailored solution at support@wpdrawattention.com
@gendai Forgot to mention that we have a guide on linking directly to hotspots – BUT – like we mentioned above, they can’t be linked from the same page.
You can link from any other page on your site and directly open a specific hotspot: https://wpdrawattention.com/document/build-link-opens-hotspot-page-load/

So far we’ve not had any other reports like this one, I’m going to close this thread as we don’t believe this was cause by Draw Attention.

For the hotspot to open using a link from a list, would require some additional JavaScript. It’s not a simple fix and would need a good amount of development work in the plugin itself.
We currently have this bit of functionality added to our to-do list. We hope to add a ‘Table of Contents’ feature to the plugin in the future.
