Image loads and then is hidden

When I load the page with the image, the image flashes on the screen for a half second and then seems to fade into white. Then I just see a grey box to the left and a slight hint of the image. The text for the hotspots I added is displayed below the image, not formatted correctly and not available when clicking around on the area where the image would be.
