In reply to: [Interactive Image Map Plugin - Draw Attention] Youtube embed but no pop-upHello @miealex,
You can embed videos in each hotspot using the free version. Using the [embed] shortcode to include the video.
But, to get them to pop up in a lightbox you’d need to use the Pro version. Here’s an example of how that could look: https://wpdrawattention.com/demos/floor-plan/

In reply to: [Interactive Image Map Plugin - Draw Attention] WordPress 5.5 works?@emagdesign I’m going to mark this as resolved. It seems like we’ve solved your issue using the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin.
If you’re having a similar issue, please upgrade to WordPress 5.5.1.
@trippilive123 were you able to get this resolved?
Thank you @203residence for taking the time to write to us here, we’re glad you were able to find a workaround for your popups 🙂 You were great to work with!

The free version only lets you use the Left layout, not the popup layout. Find more information here: https://wpdrawattention.com
Just took a look at the page you linked, it seems like there’s a lot of errors showing on the page. If you’d like us to further troubleshoot this, you’ll need to send us a message at support@wpdrawattention.com

In reply to: [Interactive Image Map Plugin - Draw Attention] Shopify buy buttonHello @mathewwingman,
We’ve never tested these two together or had another customer ask. But feel free to try it out for yourself, I did find a couple of things that might help.
The Draw Attention description box works best with shortcodes, iframes won’t work.
It looks like WP Shopify is a free plugin that uses shortcodes to embed Shopify products. And, you could use their [wps_products_buy_button title=”Product A, Product B”] product shortcode to embed the product information and buy button.
We can’t guarantee that this will work, but please feel free to try it out and then send us an email to our support to let us know how it goes. support@wpdrawattention.com
We’d be happy to answer more questions through there.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Interactive Image Map Plugin - Draw Attention] Image isn’t loading@abab66 Glad to hear that worked 🥳

In reply to: [Interactive Image Map Plugin - Draw Attention] Image isn’t loadingWe’re working with @conciergesociety to troubleshoot their issue, so far it seems like there is JavaScript from the theme that’s broken and causing Draw Attention to break as well.
Ever since WordPress 5.5 was released, we’ve been seeing issues related to jQuery come up.
Could you try activating the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin to see if that helps at all?
@abab66 Let us know if you’re still having issues
@isabellebg Just wanted to check in, is there any other questions you had related to this topic?
Hello @isabellebg,
I just replied to your support email, but also wanted to include the reply in the forum.
Unfortunately, we don’t have any out-of-the-box features that could do something like this.
If you wanted to auto-play when the hotspots were hovered over, this wouldn’t work at the moment because by default all the hotspots are loaded when the page loads. To get it to work like you described in the WordPress.org forums, would require some custom JavaScript between our plugin and your audio plugin of choice.
The closest solution would be to embed a player within each hotspot description so that a user could click the play button and have the audio turn on. Whatever plugin you decide to choose, just make sure they use shortcodes to embed the player into your hotspot.
For example, you could use HTML5 Audio Player plugin to embed the player into the description box of the hotspot.
Let us know if you have any other questions!
