Hello @wiktor,

It’s not possible to embed a Draw Attention shortcode within the description of a Draw Attention hotspot.

The developers purposely made it that way because it could get too crazy when you stack too many shortcodes onto each other.

Hello @dvcm!

Each hotspot on the Draw Attention image has its own anchor URL – meaning you could link directly to it and have it highlight when the page loads.

Hi There,

Unfortunately we can’t upscale an image from its original size – Draw Attention will always use the original size of the image.

So if you upload an 800 pixel wide image, for example, it’s never going to display more than 800 pixels wide.

Hello there,

Could you try double-checking that:
– The very first area has a shape drawn. Sometimes it’s easy to skip the first area and to draw on the other areas.
– Your image is saved and is in Publish status
– Your image isn’t set to Private

If those don’t work please send us an email at support@wpdrawattention.com so we could take a look at this 🙂
