We’re really excited to follow up with you on this ticket, as of the newest release for all the editions you should be able to hide the Appointment Duration and the Appointment Start and End Times π₯³
The CSS solutions are found on this page, here:https://simplyscheduleappointments.com/document/helpful-css-snippets/
Thanks,
Natalie G@zbyneksmetana Hello there,
Our team has not been able to replicate the scrolling issue – and we haven’t been contacted by the users from above. If you’d like to send us a message to support@wpdrawattention.com we’d be happy to look into this with you.
Thanks,
Natalie GHello @nfalke!
As of the latest version release of Simply Schedule Appointments (3.8.0 and above) the Google Fonts are now officially locally-hosted – meaning the plugin is now able to be fully GDPR compliant π
Let us know if you have any other questions, feel free to send us an email at support@simplyscheduleappointments.com
Natalie GHello,
As an update, the developers were able to take a quick look at your issue this morning. It seems like they may have to do some small changes tomorrow to disable the Google fonts from loading.
We appreciate you clarifying the issue and we’ll keep you updated π
Natalie GHello there!
Could you make sure you’re on the most updated version of the plugin?
We’ve recently moved the Roboto font and other non-Google fonts in the style settings to be self-hosted for those who need to be GDPR compliant.
Hope that helps!
Natalie GHello!
If you’re interested in some custom templating, you might be interested in this Twig documentation, here: https://simplyscheduleappointments.com/document/using-twig-2-in-email-notifications/
Would the links you send out be custom for each email? Or is it the same static link?
Thanks,
Natalie GHello there!

βThis is currently not supported by this plugin, but it’s on our to-do list for future releases.

βWe have some customers who use the Email Templates plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-templates/I believe it’s compatible with our notification system (it should affect any email sent via WordPress). It has options to add your logo, colors, and other styling options.
βWe’re always happy to hear any suggestions or feedback you have, let us know if there’s anything else you’d like to see in the plugin π
βThanks,
βNatalie GHello Mauro!
I was able to reply to your email a second ago, it should give you some next steps to help us solve your issue π

Hello there,
Could you send us a message here, support@simplyscheduleappointments.com
There might be some issues we need to take a look, could you also send us link to the page with the Calendar in it?
Thanks,
Natalie GWould you consider setting the appointment duration for 5 minutes and adding a 10 minute buffer after?
This way your calendar is still blocked off for 15 minutes but the customer sees this as a 5 minute call.
If this doesn’t work for you we could look into some custom CSS.
Natalie GHello there!
Is there any specific reason for why the appointment duration needs to be removed?
The reason we ask is because the solution would require CSS. If there’s a way to help get you a solution through the Settings in the plugin we’d like to give that a try first π
Also feel free to send us a direct message through our email support@simplyscheduleappointments.com
Thanks,
Natalie GHello there!
A new feature is coming out by the end of this week which will allow you to book multiple people in the same time slot π You’ll be able to decide max people per time slot and there will be a field for number of people for each booking!
It’ll be available for the Plus, Professional, and Business edition. This is something we’ve been working on for a couple months and we’re excited it’s finally here!
Thanks,
Natalie GHello there!
This is sometimes fixed by double-checking some settings in the Draw Attention Editing page.
In the top-right corner where you usually Update your image, could you check to make sure your image is saved and has a Published Status?
Also make sure the Visibility is set to Public.
Let us know if that helped! If not, could you please contact our support team through here: support@wpdrawattention.com
Thanks,
Natalie G
