Time Zone

Hi,

Your plugin design and functions are awesome but I would prefer more flexibility especially front end side. When I lock time zone in settings, mobile devices see where time zone locked also there is another extra information at hour tables such as +3 (my locked time zone). It makes complicated time table.

In summary;
I use your plugin for locals not around the world it is confusing for them about time zone preferences with +3 or -5 next of the available hour.

I think a disable option for users would be nice. Admin can lock time zone and disable the option. So users can not see complicated timings.

If you have any option like this or css code to remove time zone labels and functions from users please share.
