Hello @rogya,
Glad to hear that! Let us know if there’s ever anything else we can assist with!
Hello @maced0507,
Just to be clear — we were referring to the form builder plugin used to create the form (like Greyd Forms), not the URL itself. But thanks again for confirming the link ☺️
It looks like Greyd Forms has strict field validation and blocks hidden fields it doesn’t recognize. CleanTalk adds a few of those for spam protection, and that’s likely why the form can’t be submitted.
I’ve passed this info to our dev team — we’ll look into it and see what we can do to improve compatibility.
Hello @tomwilson247,
Could you please open a support ticket using the following link and attach some screenshots of the issue (e.g., the disabled fields you mentioned)?
https://cleantalk.org/my/support/openThis will help us investigate the problem more efficiently.
Hello @tomwilson247
Could you please provide a bit more detail about the issue? For example:
– What exactly happens when you try to edit a user?
– Do you see any error messages or alerts?
– Does the issue persist if you temporarily disable the CleanTalk plugin?Once we have this information, we’ll be happy to assist further.

In reply to: [Spam protection, Honeypot, Anti-Spam by CleanTalk] Blocking Genuine ClientsHello @sarveshrane
Thank you for your message, and I’m sorry to hear about the trouble.
Could you please clarify what kind of blocking your clients are experiencing? For example, are they seeing an error message, or is the form submission not going through?
Also, if legitimate form submissions are being blocked, please review your Anti-Spam Log and mark those requests as “Not Spam”: https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requests
We’ll be happy to look into it further once we have more details.

In reply to: [Spam protection, Honeypot, Anti-Spam by CleanTalk] Unknown access keyHello @dragon013,
Thanks for the update, glad to hear it’s working now! Indeed, the access keys for CleanTalk Anti-Spam and Site Security are separate.
If you run into any other issues or have questions as you re-enable CleanTalk, feel free to reach out.
Welcome back! : )

Hello @sevenbytesmedia
Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
The issue you described may be related to website-level caching, where a cached response (including blocked pages) is mistakenly shown to other visitors. However, we’d need to investigate the cases in detail to confirm this.
To proceed, could you please contact us via our private ticket system so we can securely review and analyze the behavior?

In reply to: [Spam protection, Honeypot, Anti-Spam by CleanTalk] Icon?Hello @mikepetersonwi
That icon may appears when a website has just been added to your CleanTalk Dashboard. It means our system hasn’t yet identified the CMS (like WordPress, Joomla, etc.). Once the plugin sends the first data from the site, the icon will automatically update to reflect the correct platform.
Feel free to let us know if it doesn’t change after some time — we’ll be happy to check it for you!

Hello @dinaddd,
Thank you for running those tests and sharing the results — they’ve been very helpful.
Based on everything you’ve found, the issue clearly affects automated emails from your website (such as order confirmations and contact form messages), while manual emails are delivered successfully.
Since you’re hosting with GoDaddy, we’d recommend contacting their support team with this exact information — especially the 550 error and mail-tester results. They should be able to help review your sending configuration and fix any issues on the server side.
If they confirm that everything is fine but you’re still experiencing deliverability problems, feel free to share the details — we’ll be happy to take another look from our side.
Hello @dinaddd
CleanTalk does not filter or block outgoing emails, so it’s not the source of this issue. The error message you received comes from the destination mail server, meaning the message was rejected on their side.
The root cause is likely related to one of the following:
• Your SMTP/mail server configuration
• Missing or incorrect DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• The content or formatting of the emailTo better understand what might be triggering the spam filter, we recommend testing one of your messages using tools like https://www.mail-tester.com/ or https://www.isnotspam.com/
They will give you a spam score and highlight potential issues with the message headers, content, and sending domain.
Let us know what you find — we’ll be glad to assist further if needed.
