Thank you for your message. Skipped order numbers in WooCommerce are normal — IDs are reserved as soon as checkout starts, even if the order isn’t completed or gets blocked. That’s why you won’t see matching spam orders in the logs. Enabling the option to check anonymous users at “add to cart” may reduce such cases, but it can also be stricter for real visitors. Usually keeping the checkout/registration check is enough.

Thank you for your message. To allow this customer’s IP 99.246.70.207, please add it to your whitelists both for Anti-Spam and for the SpamFireWall. Once the IP is added, the customer will be able to access your site again without being blocked.
