  • Hello @dokun,

Thank you for your report! Could you please mark these Apple Private Relay requests as Spam in your Anti-Spam logs? This will allow us to collect the request parameters and check exactly why they are being blocked, so we can suggest a solution.

    Waiting for your reply.

I don’t think this is a spam issue, I think it’s a security issue. I also can’t find where the IPs show as blocked, as in they don’t seem to show in the logs. Maybe I’m looking in the wrong place.

    Some of the IPs are 104.28.50.189, 104.28.48.72, 104.28.48.77, 104.28.48.76, and 172.226.3.116

Thank you for the additional details. Some of these IP addresses were blocked by your personal lists because the country UK is being blacklisted. I will ask our developers to check if it’s correct. We will contact you within 1-2 business days.

All of these IPs show as coming from the US on whois.com.

Can I request a refund? I’m really not happy with how this service/plugin has been working.

    Thank you for your reply.

We have identified the cause of the conflict regarding the country affiliation of the listed IP addresses. The issue should be resolved within 1-2 days. We recommend that you remove the UK from your personal lists for the time being.

If you insist on a refund, please contact us via our private Ticket System and add there a link to this topic: https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open. WordPess.org Support Forum is for plugins only, not the service.

I removed UK. Do the country blocks outweigh a whitelisted IP? I had tried adding them, but that didn’t do anything.

I’m not insisting on a refund. I just wanted to know if it’s an option. I want this all to work, not get a refund. This has caused a lot of issues for us with our customers and has taken up a lot of time. I’m thinking it’s not worth it at this point.

    Hello @dokun,

No, whitelisting by IP has a higher priority than blocking by country. After adding an entry to your personal lists, you need to wait approximately 15 minutes for it to update.

    Did it help you?

We’ve made some fixes on our servers. Are there any issues now?
