    Hi Cleantalk Support Team,

I’m reaching out regarding an issue with the Cleantalk Anti-Spam plugin on a WordPress site using Happy Forms. Despite multiple troubleshooting attempts, the plugin consistently blocks legitimate form submissions across all Happy Forms on the site.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

    • Removed page breaks from multi-page forms
    • Toggled the built-in Happy Forms reCAPTCHA option on and off
    • Deleted the signature field entirely
    • Tested forms in Incognito mode to rule out admin bypass behavior

Unfortunately, none of these adjustments resolved the issue. Every form submission is blocked, even when all fields are filled correctly and the user is not flagged as spam.

    Questions:

    1. Is there a known compatibility issue between Cleantalk and Happy Forms?
    2. Is there a recommended configuration or workaround to allow legitimate submissions?
    3. Can Cleantalk be disabled selectively—only on pages containing Happy Forms—while remaining active elsewhere on the site?

I’d love to find a solution that allows both plugins to coexist peacefully. If you need form URLs or access details, I’m happy to provide them.

Thanks in advance for your guidance!

    Warm regards, April

    Hello @usr1,

We found that the ‘Capture buffer’ and ‘Force protection’ options in our plugin were interfering with the form. We disabled them. The form URL exclusion remains in the settings for now. To protect the form from spam, you can delete this setting.
