To help us analyze and resolve the situation, please review your Anti-Spam Log and mark any requests where you believe our system made the wrong decision. Here’s how to do it:
- Visit your Anti-Spam Log: https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requests.
- Select your website from the dropdown menu.
- Use the “Spam” and “Not Spam” buttons under each record to mark the appropriate requests.

It’s likely that the ‘Check All POST Data‘ option is enabled in your CleanTalk plugin settings. This cause the plugin to check not only form submissions but also technical/system requests from your site — such as order confirmation emails — which may result in them being flagged and landing in the spam folder.
Please check and disable this option here:
WP Admin Dashboard → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced Settings → Check All POST Data.Let us know if the issue persists after disabling it.

We do have brute force protection, but it’s part of our CleanTalk Security plugin, not the Anti-Spam plugin.
