Thank you for sharing the debug log. The repeated error means the plugin is trying to load the script apbct-individual-disable-comments.js, but the file isn’t accessible on your server. Here’s what you can do:
Reinstall the plugin:
・ Deactivate and delete “Anti-Spam by CleanTalk” in WordPress.
・ Reinstall the latest version from the WordPress.org repository: https://wordpress.org/plugins/cleantalk-spam-protect/Clear caches
If you’re using caching plugins or CDN (Cloudflare, LiteSpeed, etc.), purge caches so the updated JS files are loaded.Monitor logs
After reinstall, watch the debug log for any new errors. If the message disappears, the issue was caused by a missing/corrupted file.If the problem persists even after reinstalling, please let us know.

Thank you for your report. The error messages you see usually mean the plugin can’t reach our servers. Please check the following on your server:
・ Outbound HTTPS requests to https://moderate.cleantalk.org must be allowed (port 443 open).
・ PHP options CURL support and allow_url_fopen should be enabled.
・ No firewall, CDN, or security software should block connections from your site to our API.If the issue persists after these checks, please let us know — we can investigate further from our side.

Just make sure your site cache lifetime is set to 24 hours or less, and clear the entire LiteSpeed cache after changing the settings.

Please clarify — are you referring specifically to the two-factor authentication (2FA) code when logging into the admin panel?
If so, the delay or loss of emails is most likely related to the @rambler.ru mail server, as it is responsible for delivering these emails. We recommend contacting Rambler support so they can check why emails with codes are arriving with a long delay or not arriving at all.

The Firewall blocks are not related to your language subdomains. CleanTalk supports multilingual sites with subdomains (e.g. fr.domain.com) without extra settings.
Entries marked as “BlackListed by suspicious activity” mean the visitor’s IP or behavior matched our security rules (spammer IPs, high-risk networks, unusual requests).
You don’t need to change anything — protection covers all subdomains automatically. If you notice false positives, please send us the blocked IP here: https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open
