My sincerest apologies for only getting back to you now.
These strings can be changed by going to ‘Settings’ under ‘Newsletters’ and clicking on the ‘Subscribe Widget’ tab.
Unfortunately you wont be able to use language ‘switching’ as such as our plugin does not have the functionality to do this with WPML for example. We have plans on building this in, in the future though.

1) Yes, email collection is available, but only in the Pro add-on (http://solaplugins.com/plugins/sola-support-tickets-helpdesk-plugin/)
2) You will be able to see the list of users that submit tickets by logging into your WordPress dashboard, and clicking ‘Users’. Our plugin uses the core user functionality of WordPress to store the user data 🙂

The HTML editor is only available in the Premium version, which can be found here: http://solaplugins.com/plugins/sola-newsletters/

We’ll add pagination and qty limiting this week.
With regards to the HTML not showing up, at the moment we strip out most tags in the testimonial body. We’ll be releasing a more concrete solution for this during the course of this week as well.

Just to confirm I understand what you mean, you want your users to be able to email you, where those emails will then be converted into a ticket? Along with its responses?
If this is the case, our plugin can do this, but email collection is only available in the Pro version.
Users can also submit tickets on your site without being logged in, and only entering their email address. You can select a default department and priority.
We are still working on the functionality to allow you to upload any attachments to your tickets/responses.

Please confirm you have entered the correct port number?
Those pages can be removed by going to your ‘Menus’ under ‘Appearances’ and remove the two pages from your navigation.
