Would you mind sending me a link to one of the pages on your site with the testimonials on it so that I can look into this for you?
The image should resize/scale according to the viewport as they are response (they’ll be smaller on a mobile device than on a desktop) – but I’d like to just try it on your website to see what you are experiencing.

You could do this by going to ‘Testimonials’ -> ‘Settings’ and adding the following CSS to the ‘Custom CSS’ field:

Please ensure you haven’t deleted the ‘Newsletter Sign Up Confirmation’ and ‘Newsletter Unsubscription’ pages that were created upon activating the plugin?
You’ll need those pages available for the plugin to activate a subscriber’s subscription.

Please confirm you’ve created an automated campaign that will send out newsletters after a post has been posted?
Also, please go to ‘Newsletters’ -> ‘Settings’ -> ‘Cron Job’ and confirm if the ‘Next time’ is the current day, or displaying as 1970-01-01?

This occurs as you refresh the page as you are re-sending the post data (by confirming this when the popup appears after refresh).
We will work on an alternative solution to prevent this from happening.

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
1) Unfortunately the plugin doesn’t have the ability to differentiate between weekdays and weekends at this point in time. You can choose create an automatic campaign to send a newsletter about the previous day’s posts, daily, however it will send it 7 days a week.
2) The plugin executes shortcodes. You should be able to do this by adding a text field into the newsletter and adding it through there.
3) Unfortunately the plugin doesn’t have the ability to select or exclude posts based on categories at the moment.
I hope the above helps? Unfortunately we don’t use any hooks or filters that allow the data to be overridden though.

The response shouldn’t be reset after the page has been reloaded. Does this occur on the front-end or the admin side of your site?
What versions of our plugin are you currently using?
