In reply to: [Sola Support Tickets] ThanksHi Kunal
I’m not sure how aware you are of how damaging this one star review is for our plugin – especially considering it was more of a support issue. We have provided a solution to the issue you experienced. This is the only way that you can modify the template for a “custom post type” in WordPress. We have also provided an example template file for you to use on the link specified above.
Please reconsider your review and let me know if the documentation provided above suits your needs.
Kind regards

In reply to: [Sola Support Tickets] ThanksHi
You can change any element via CSS classes that have been assigned to every element of the plugin
If you are experiencing issues with a plugin, best practice is to ask a question in the support forum before leaving a one star review. We’d really love to help you fix this issue.
Please can you elaborate on your second issue? What page are you referring to?
Kind regards
NickHi there
Sorry for the delay! We’ve been hacking away at our keyboard trying to get the next version out.The german trsnaltions is unfortunately not ready as it was created for the first version, a lot has changed since then so we’d need to get that updated. We’ll try have that in the next release – should be about two weeks.
You could always create your own translation if you have the time. All you need is POEdit. You then just load up the deault .PO file in the /languages/ folder of our plugin, translate all the strings and then save it as sola-de_DE.po

In reply to: unable to access migrated siteI have migrated my site from production to my mac running Mavericks using backup buddy.
You may want to change all references of the old URL to the new URL (localhost) in the DB and then log in to wp-admin and change the permalinks back to the default option

In reply to: [NSFW] Content removalHi Michael
Perhaps a little warning about the content of the site would have been a good idea.WordPress.org has no sway over this at all. Perhaps you should contact their hosting provider.

It probably is a location based thing. These things normally fix themselves after a few hours.
