    Two queries I’d like to clarify regarding your plugin.
    1.Can a support ticket be replied to via mail.
    2.Are the customer details(customer name, email address, etc) stored in a table in the backend. I would like to have this data in the backend somewhere and then be able to download it in a csv file.

    1) Yes, email collection is available, but only in the Pro add-on (http://solaplugins.com/plugins/sola-support-tickets-helpdesk-plugin/)

    2) You will be able to see the list of users that submit tickets by logging into your WordPress dashboard, and clicking ‘Users’. Our plugin uses the core user functionality of WordPress to store the user data 🙂
