The avatar images are generated by using Gravatar.
Do the images not show at all? (A broken state) or does the “Mystery Man” image show?

Subscribers can be grouped by adding them to Lists. Lists can be found on the left navigation under ‘Newsletters’
You can then select the relevant lists to send your newsletter to.

This error is most likely causing the progress bar to display false values, but your emails are most likely sending as they should.
Please can you check if the latest version of jQuery is being loaded on the page?
This can be done by right clicking on the screen and clicking ‘View Source’. Then search for jquery.js. Please confirm there is only one? Also, please search for datepicker on that page so we can see if the JS for the datepicker is being loaded.

If possible, please can you check if there are any errors on the Campaigns page?
You can do this by right clicking on your screen, clicking on ‘Inspect Element’. A pane on the lower half of your screen will appear. Click ‘Console’.

Please note that images will not display in any emails when sending from localhost as they reference your hard drive which is not accessible from the web.

My apologies for the delay in response.
When clicking on ‘Standard Newsletter’, you should only see a subject field, and checkboxes for the lists you want to send to.
When clicking on ‘Automatic Newsletter’, you should see a subject field, your dropdowns of when to send the newsletter (Send when etc) and the lists you want to send to.
When choosing ‘Automatically Send When’, you will also need to select the other options after it. Any blank fields will result in you not being able to move onto the next page.
If something shows that shouldnt, please try clicking on one of the other radio buttons and then the one you want.
