Apologies for the delay, and thank you for sharing the screenshot. Could you please first check for a possible plugin or theme conflict? Additionally, please review whether you have inserted a long summary in your course topic: https://prnt.sc/3kwg4I7HHqbD.
Hey @studyhubnetin ,
Thank you for reaching out and for sharing the detailed plan. Unfortunately, Tutor LMS quizzes cannot be overridden through template overrides. To achieve the level of customization you’ve described, you would need to build and customize the entire quiz section according to your requirements.
As this falls under custom development, it is outside the scope of our support. We recommend working with a developer who has experience with Tutor LMS if you’d like to proceed with this kind of customization.
Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out. Could you please clarify which white space you are referring to? From our end, we are only seeing two footers on the mentioned link: https://prnt.sc/Th0P19hYia_v.
Looking forward to your response.

Would you be able to share a screen recording of the issue you’re experiencing? We are unable to replicate this behavior from our end. A recording will help us better understand the steps and identify what’s happening.
Looking forward to your response.
Hey @marie911 ,
If a WooCommerce order is not being completed automatically, please first confirm that the student has fully completed the payment on the checkout page. Since the issue only occurs intermittently, kindly ensure that your payment gateway is correctly capturing and confirming the payment data.
Additionally, if you have any caching mechanism on your site, try temporarily disabling it and check whether the order completion inconsistency still occurs. If an order does not move to Completed status in WooCommerce, the student will not be automatically enrolled in the course as per the normal flow.
For better consistency, we also recommend using the classic WooCommerce shortcodes instead of blocks on the cart and checkout pages:
- Cart page:
[woocommerce_cart] - Checkout page:
[woocommerce_checkout]
Please test with these adjustments and let us know if the issue persists.
Thank you.
Hey @jimykx ,
Yes, it is possible to edit lesson pages with the Gutenberg editor. To do this, you’ll need to first enable both the Gutenberg editor and the WP editor for lessons from Tutor LMS settings. Once enabled, go to your lesson, click on the WP Editor option in the lesson editor, and you’ll be redirected to the Gutenberg editor where you can use blocks as per your preference.
Here are some references for clarity:
Hey @andrewrobo ,
Thank you for reaching out. Moderating or managing multiple instructors for a course is part of the Tutor LMS Pro features. In the free version, the course creator is always listed as an instructor by default and cannot be removed from the course.
Thank you.
Hey @superdav42 ,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate your input. We will review the issue you highlighted and include a fix in a future update of Tutor LMS.

Hey @roeyrdt ,
If you are referring to manual enrollment, it is possible but not within the free version of the plugin.
This will allow you to manually enroll users into specific courses: https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/addons/enrollment/
