Hey @patriciava ,
Thank you for sharing the update and your findings. We appreciate you taking the time to document the solution, it will definitely help others facing the same issue.
Please note that lesson duplication is a Pro feature, and support for commercial features is limited in the forum.
Hi @patriciava ,
Often due to transient values the custom lesson durations do not take effect even after clearing the cache. Could you try clearing the transient values from your database and check if the issue persists ?
Here is a reference : https://mainwp.com/how-to-delete-all-transients-in-your-sites-database/Hey @balavander ,
Thank you for reaching out. The issue you’re experiencing appears to be theme-specific. If your theme (Goya) isn’t fully compatible with the latest versions of Kirki, layout issues can occur after updates.
In this case, I recommend contacting the theme developers to confirm compatibility with the newer Kirki versions and check if an update or fix is available.
For now, reverting to version 5.9.3 is a reasonable temporary workaround until the compatibility issue is resolved.
Hey @wijerama ,
Sorry for the inconvenience. This is not possible, as YouTube does not provide API-level control to disable only the video sharing options while keeping other player features (like playback quality) enabled.

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] quiz in Tutor LMSHey @danamehrab ,
I understand the issue you’re facing. Please follow the steps carefully:
First, either completely disable your caching plugin or make sure caching is disabled for logged-in users.Next, go to your database and locate the tutor_quiz_attempts table. From there, delete any failed quiz attempts that contain null or incomplete values.
Simply clearing the cache alone will not resolve this issue, as those failed attempts can prevent the quiz from loading and displaying results properly.
After completing these steps, please test the quiz again as a student.

Thank you for reaching out. The error you are experiencing is likely due to an incorrect auto-translation format. To fix this, please install the Loco Translate plugin and manually edit the specific string to correct the translation.
You can follow this guide:
https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/third-party-integration/loco-translate/Also, you can review and correct the translation string here:

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] How to edit tutorlms pageHey @yollyway2026 ,
Thank you for reaching out. The Tutor LMS dashboard pages such as “My Profile” and “Enrolled Courses” are dynamic and do not work like regular WordPress pages, which is why editing them from Pages affects multiple sections.
To customize each section separately, you will need to override the dashboard templates. Please follow our official guide here: https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/developers/override-templates/. After overriding the templates, you will be able to modify the content of each dashboard page individually.
You can also refer to this guide for more details on editing the dashboard:
https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/developers/editing-tutor-dashboard/.Hey @alexandra64 ,

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Hey @riccardoarmari ,
Thank you for reaching out. If you are using the Tutor LMS video player for YouTube videos, the option to enable or switch subtitles is currently not available.
We understand your requirement, and we will forward your feedback to our development team for review.
Hey @wijerama ,
Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern regarding the YouTube player quality behavior. This feedback has already been shared with our development team for review. At the moment, there is no additional workaround or resolution available from our end.
We appreciate your understanding.
Hey @phc41 ,
This is often caused by caching or a conflict with another plugin or the theme.
Please try the following:
- Clear and temporarily disable any caching plugins
- Check if the issue persists
- Perform a conflict test by disabling other plugins (except Tutor LMS) and switching to a default theme
This should help identify the root cause.
Hey @mariamozgunova ,
