Hey @whichtransfers ,
Apologies for the delay in response, it seems we missed your earlier message. Yes, your approach can work. However, a more efficient and scalable solution would be to require users to create an account during checkout. Both Tutor LMS and WooCommerce support guest checkout with account creation, allowing users to register during the purchase process without adding extra steps.
This helps avoid manual enrollment and ensures users can directly access their courses after purchase.
You can check this guide for setup details: https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/tutorials/guest-purchase/
Hey @tt03 ,
Tutor LMS does include an option to hide the WordPress admin bar, but this feature is only available in the Pro version. If you’re using the free version, this specific control is not available within Tutor LMS.
Please let us know if you have any other queries.
Hey @wijerama ,
Thank you for your detailed explanation. Regarding the YouTube behavior, while it may seem like the full-screen link-sharing issue has been improved. The Tutor player primarily masks the YouTube interface on the front end, but since the video is still being served from YouTube, elements like direct URL can still appear in certain interactions (such as via browser developer tools).
As for video quality control, this is currently a known limitation. The Tutor player does not provide an option for users to manually select video quality (e.g., 720p, 1080p). Playback quality is automatically adjusted based on the viewer’s bandwidth, and there is no built-in setting to override or manually change it.
We are continuously improving the player experience and will forward your feedback to the development team for future consideration. Please let us know if you need any clarification.

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] LoginHey @rayeason ,
Thank you for reaching out. Please note that the
[tutor_login]shortcode is a Pro feature. In the free version, this shortcode will not work. With the free version, users can log in through the Dashboard page or by visiting the dashboard URL. When a user is logged out and tries to access the dashboard, the system will automatically prompt the login page: https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/shortcodes/#page
Thank you for your understanding.
Hey @gauravnimkar123 ,
Currently, the feature you described is not available in Tutor LMS. At the moment, Tutor LMS does not support tier-based access to specific modules or lessons within the same course based on different pricing plans.
Thank you for your understanding. We will forward your feedback to our development team for review as a feature request.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or need assistance with other aspects of Tutor LMS.
Hey @asolange ,
Thank you for reaching out. We were unable to replicate the issue on the current version of Tutor LMS. Please ensure that you are using the default WooCommerce classic Cart and Checkout pages, as custom checkout pages may cause inconsistencies with order completion and enrollment triggers(if you are using one).
Additionally, please check for potential plugin conflicts. If you are using any caching plugin, temporarily clear or disable the cache and test again.
To review the function responsible for the WooCommerce auto-enrollment process, you can check the following file in the plugin:
wp-content/plugins/tutor/classes/WooCommerce.phpAlso, we were unable to access the site using the page URL you previously shared. Please verify the link and share a working URL if further checking is required.
