Hey @luxworx,
Thank you for reaching out. The course is not showing as active because it has already been marked as completed with 67% progress. The Enrolled Courses section displays both active and completed courses, which you can see here: https://prnt.sc/GfszAlsjGgGS.
Regarding the mobile view, users need to open the menu from the bottom navigation and then navigate to the Enrolled Courses section: https://prnt.sc/1bI778gSQ-hP.
Hi @zokkoz,
Thank you for reaching out. The Tutor role and capabilities you are seeing are related to user role permissions that were previously added by Tutor LMS. These roles can remain in WordPress even after uninstalling the plugin.
To remove them, you can simply:
- Go to Users → All Users in your WordPress admin.
- Select the users who currently have the Tutor Instructor role.
- From the Change role to dropdown, select another role (for example, Subscriber or administrator).
- Click Change.
Once the role is changed, the Tutor Instructor capabilities will be removed from those users.
If no users are assigned to that role anymore, it will no longer appear in normal use.
Hey @akucukkaya ,
You are welcome. Feel free to reach out to us again if you face any other issues or have any queries.
Hey @akucukkaya ,
Thank you for the update. Since the issue appears to be caused by a conflict with the Bunny.net plugin, we recommend reaching out to their support team for guidance on compatibility with your specific setup. They will be able to advise on any settings or updates needed to prevent the conflict.
Hey @akucukkaya ,
Thank you for the update. Does the site regain its original design if you deactivate Tutor LMS? If you are using a page builder to design your site, please keep it activated, as it is necessary for maintaining the layout and styling.
Additionally, we could not locate any Tutor LMS-related pages on your site. Please make sure all required Tutor LMS pages are created and assigned correctly. You can follow this guide to regenerate the necessary pages:
https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/tutorials/tutor-lms-re-generate-required-pages/Hey @akucukkaya ,
Thank you for reaching out. Please check whether this is caused by a theme or plugin conflict. To do that, temporarily deactivate all plugins except Tutor LMS and see if the issue remains. If the layout becomes normal, then reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.
You can also temporarily switch your theme to a default WordPress theme (such as Twenty Twenty) to test whether the issue is theme-related. Once the conflicting plugin or theme is identified, we recommend contacting the respective plugin support regarding compatibility.
Let us know what you find.

Hey @ayasebaiii ,
The specified feature is part of the Tutor LMS Pro. However, this forum is only for free products. Please reach out to us at https://tutorlms.com/support/ for assistance.
Thank you.Hey @whichtransfers ,
Thank you for your suggestion. Currently, the Course Builder page fetches the currency from the default currency set in Tutor LMS → Monetization Settings (in native mode). It does not automatically sync with the currency configured in WooCommerce (Courses are still sold in currency set in Woocommerce). We understand your concern regarding displaying different currencies when selling courses through WooCommerce.
We appreciate your feedback and will forward it to the concerned team for consideration in future improvements.

Thank you.Hey @rosterdotcom ,
Thank you for reporting this. Based on your description, the issue appears to be caused by a third-party plugin conflict between Tutor LMS and the Hostinger AI Content Creator plugin. Since the conflict involves external plugin functionality, we are unable to provide direct support for this specific compatibility issue.
We recommend contacting the Hostinger support team for further assistance, as they may be able to identify and resolve the script or compatibility conflict from their end.

In reply to: [TutorStarter] Can´t change logo properlyHey @aldoux ,

Hey @svywebdev,
Apologies for the delay. Enrollment is automatically created when a WooCommerce order for the associated course is marked as Completed. We have tested this by manually changing an order status from Pending to Completed, and the user was successfully enrolled in the course.
If manually completing the order on your site does not trigger enrollment, this indicates the expected WooCommerce action may not be firing properly in your setup. In that case, we recommend checking with your payment processor or reviewing whether any customizations are affecting the default WooCommerce order completion flow.
For available action hooks and filters in Tutor LMS, you can review the developer documentation here:
https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/developer-documentation/action-hooks
https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/developer-documentation/filters/Please let us know if you need further clarification.
Hey @tiflolabs ,
At the moment, Tutor LMS supports multilingual setups via integrations with plugins like WPML and Weglot. Polylang integration is not currently on our roadmap.
That said, we’ve noted this as a feature request and will forward it to our business development team for review and consideration in future updates.
Thanks for sharing your feedback.

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] quiz in Tutor LMSHey @danamehrab ,
This behavior is usually caused by caching. Please disable cache for logged-in users in your caching plugin and server-level cache (if any), then clear all caches and test again as a student (not as admin).
Could you please share a screenshot of the specific visibility quiz settings you are referring to? You can learn more about the quiz settings in detail here : https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/settings/courses/#quiz, https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/quiz-builder/quiz-settings/
