Hey @nigelxheri ,
Thank you for reaching out. Could you please share a screen recording outlining the steps you’ve taken? Additionally, please clarify which specific page you’re trying to design using the Tutor LMS Elementor Addon — is it the single course details page or a course list page?
In the meantime, you can refer to the following documentation for guidance:
- Getting Started with Elementor Integration
- Create an Elementor Template to Use with Tutor LMS
- Designing Course Lists with Elementor
Once we receive the recording and clarification, we’ll be able to investigate further and provide more precise guidance.

Hey @juan1074 ,
Thank you for reaching out, and I’m glad to hear you were able to hide and resolve the previous issue successfully. Regarding your question, showing the course only when it’s 70% booked. This feature is not currently available by default in Tutor LMS. You would need to consider a custom development approach to achieve this specific functionality.
Thank you for understanding.

You can find the Tutor video player option in Tutor LMS settings > Design. Here is the documentation for reference: https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/settings/design/#video-player
Hey @alexaquino ,
Thank you for reaching out. At the moment, Tutor LMS does not support fractional grading values, only whole integer values are counted and displayed. Please use integer marks when grading to ensure proper calculation and display.
Thank you again for understanding.

- Please go to Settings → General in WordPress and enable “Anyone can register.”
- Then go to Settings → Permalinks and click Save Changes without making any changes to refresh permalinks. Reference: https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/troubleshooting/404-error/
After following the above steps, please check again if the issue persists.
Hey @tilbed,
Thank you for reaching out. At this time, Tutor LMS does not officially support WordPress Multisite environments. While it may partially work, it’s not optimized for multisite compatibility, which can lead to unexpected behavior like the one you’ve described.
We recommend setting up Tutor LMS on a standalone WordPress installation to ensure full functionality and avoid such issues.
Thank you.
Hey @ioanivan,
When users are checking out with WooCommerce, please ensure they are purchasing the course directly from the course page and not from the WooCommerce shop page, this is necessary to confirm enrollment in the course.
Regarding the database error, please make sure all your database tables are using the InnoDB engine instead of MyISAM, as foreign key constraints require InnoDB to function properly. After converting the tables to InnoDB, deactivate and then reactivate Tutor LMS, this should recreate any missing tables and resolve the error.
Here’s a helpful guide on converting MyISAM to InnoDB:

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] Bug with woocommerceHey @code222 ,
Thank you for reaching out.
If purchasing the course directly from the course page grants access correctly, then the system is functioning as intended. When you purchase a WooCommerce product directly (instead of through the Tutor LMS course page), it is treated as a regular WooCommerce product, not a Tutor LMS course purchase. This behavior is by design, only orders placed through the course page are linked with Tutor LMS and trigger course enrollment.
Thank you.
