Hey @screenup ,
Temporarily ignore the warning if you are not facing any visible issues on your site. We are aware of the issue, and it is set to be resolved in the upcoming updates of Tutor LMS.
Thank you for understanding.
Hey @zokkoz,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We were unable to replicate the behavior from our end. Please check for a possible plugin conflict by deactivating all other plugins except Tutor LMS, and temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty to identify the source of the conflict.
Once you identify the conflicting plugin, please contact that plugin’s support team for further assistance regarding compatibility.
If the issue persists even after testing with only Tutor LMS active, kindly share the list of active plugins on your site. Additionally, please share your site URL so we can check the behavior from the frontend for further inspection.
Thank you.
Hey @qtopglobal ,
The specified feature is part of the Tutor LMS Pro. However, this forum is only for free products. Please reach out to us at https://tutorlms.com/support/ for assistance.
Thank you.Hey @territoriohost ,
Have you overridden any Tutor LMS templates or are you using the Tutor LMS Elementor Addons? Please try switching to a default theme (like Twenty Twenty-Five) temporarily and ensure that all Tutor LMS-related plugins are updated to their latest versions.
Also, instead of updating directly from version 2.4 to 3.9, try performing a gradual update, first update to version 3.0, verify that everything works, and then proceed to 3.9.1. This helps maintain data integrity and avoid version conflicts.
Thank you.
Hey @yulialitvina ,
Thank you for providing the detailed explanation and video, that’s very helpful. The issue you’re experiencing seems to be specific to your site setup, as we’re unable to replicate similar behavior in a clean environment.
As per the WordPress.org forum guidelines, we’re only able to provide basic troubleshooting support for the free version here. If you’d like to receive priority technical support and a more in-depth investigation, you can consider upgrading to Tutor LMS Pro. Our support team can then assist you further through our dedicated support channel: https://tutorlms.com/support/
Thank you for your understanding.
Hi @yulialitvina ,
Thank you for the detailed update and for sharing the test results. If users are successfully enrolled in the course upon their first purchase, it indicates that the core enrollment feature is functioning correctly. However, we will review the issue related to repurchasing courses where users are not being re-enrolled.
For now, please try deleting any previous orders (including those in pending or failed status) for the affected users and then place a new order. Deleting only the duplicate or incomplete orders — not the user or course, should be sufficient.
We’ll continue investigating this behavior, and if confirmed as a reproducible issue, it will be addressed in a future plugin update.
Thank you.
Hey @yulialitvina,
Thank you for the detailed information, videos, and logs, that’s very helpful.
I noticed that you’re purchasing the course from the WooCommerce shop page https://prnt.sc/glgf-h2UNj9_, which is not the ideal method for Tutor LMS. Please try purchasing the course directly from the course page instead, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/oCLKvJ3hunXo
This ensures the Tutor LMS enrollment flow is triggered properly. After doing so, please test again by logging in as a new user to confirm whether the enrollment completes correctly.
Let me know your findings so we can proceed accordingly.
Hey @sandrambanas1991 ,
Thank you for getting back. Unfortunately, support for multi-currency or variable products is not available with Tutor LMS at this time.
Please let us know if you need any assistance with any other issue.
Hey @sandrambanas1991 ,
Thank you for reaching out. Could you please confirm whether you are using any currency converter plugin or variable pricing options on your site? Please note that multi-currency or variable product setups are not supported with Tutor LMS course enrollment, and they can cause inconsistent auto-enrollment behavior.
For best results, ensure each course is linked to a simple WooCommerce product and follow our detailed integration guide here: Tutor LMS WooCommerce Integration Documentation
Please check this setup and let us know your findings so we can assist you further.

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing the detailed information. Please ensure that the WooCommerce products are correctly linked to Tutor LMS courses. The “not tutor order” error typically appears when a product is not properly created or linked for Tutor LMS. Kindly follow the steps outlined in the following documentation to create and connect the WooCommerce product correctly:
🔗 Tutor LMS – WooCommerce Integration GuideAdditionally, please make sure that:
- The students are purchasing the course directly from the course page (not from the WooCommerce shop page).
- Any caching mechanisms on your site are disabled.
- You temporarily deactivate all other plugins except Tutor LMS and WooCommerce, and switch to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty.
If the issue persists, please share a screen recording showing the product settings and the steps you followed to replicate the issue, including your plugin list page. This will help us analyze the problem more precisely.
Looking forward to your update.

- Clear your browser cache and try reloading the page.
- Temporarily disable any caching plugins on your site to rule out conflicts.
- Check for theme or plugin conflicts by switching to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-Three) and deactivating all plugins except Tutor LMS. Then test the video again.

Hey @jlemoine74 ,
We apologize for any inconvenience. Currently, the feature you mentioned isn’t available in Tutor LMS. Students would need to manually remember the question numbers to revisit unanswered questions.
However, I’ve noted your request as a feature suggestion for future improvements to the quiz interface, specifically for highlighting unanswered questions — and will forward it to our development team for review.
Thank you for your understanding, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or need assistance with any other aspect of Tutor LMS.
