    Hi there,

    For a reason that I don’t understant, in few cases (1/5), the Woocommerce Tutor order is not completed automaticly, and then the user is not enrolled in the course.
    Any idea how we can fix that ?

    If a WooCommerce order is not being completed automatically, please first confirm that the student has fully completed the payment on the checkout page. Since the issue only occurs intermittently, kindly ensure that your payment gateway is correctly capturing and confirming the payment data.

    Additionally, if you have any caching mechanism on your site, try temporarily disabling it and check whether the order completion inconsistency still occurs. If an order does not move to Completed status in WooCommerce, the student will not be automatically enrolled in the course as per the normal flow.

    For better consistency, we also recommend using the classic WooCommerce shortcodes instead of blocks on the cart and checkout pages:

    • Cart page: [woocommerce_cart]
    • Checkout page: [woocommerce_checkout]

    Please test with these adjustments and let us know if the issue persists.
