In reply to: [Storefront] Woocommerce Storefront Full WidthHi, @norcalmark!
The easiest way to get the page to full width would be by using Storefront Powerpack.
Would you be open to using that? Otherwise, we’ll want to look at a little more in-depth CSS and possibly template customization.

In reply to: [Storefront] Font Awesome icons fails sometimesHi, @pablomiralles!
I will try to reproduce the problem, but as is random I canโt tell you in how much time it will appear. At least, I see that problem 2-3 times a week.
As it’s happening quite randomly, troubleshooting will be tricky.
However, from what we’ve seen in similar situations, there are two things you might want to immediately check:
- Conflicting code: For this, I highly recommend using a plugin like Health Check. That’s best to use once you’re able to reliably reproduce the issue though. For using that plugin, you may want to look at our guide here: Troubleshooting using Health Check
- Caching and optimization systems: In particular, you’ll want to look at any systems, from plugins for example, that are minifying scripts and see if disabling them helps.

In reply to: [Storefront] E_COMPILE_ERROR with Storefront ThemeHi Mike @cuttycliffy!
Can you also let us know which version of WooCommerce you’re using?
Based on the error message though, there may be an issue with the Storefront install. Do you remember any updates or changes to your site before the error started happening?
You may want to download a fresh copy of Storefront here and try reinstalling again.
Let us know if that helps!

In reply to: [Google Analytics for WooCommerce] Woocommernce Analytics not workingThank you for the update, @jiajie9888! I’m sorry we weren’t able to reply soon enough, but I’m glad you figured it out anyway, so I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved.
@mike8040, according to our forum guidelines, we would encourage you to create your own thread since something else may be causing the issue on your site. In your case, it looks like Cloudflare. We would gladly assist you from there!
Hi, @brianmurphy!
I was hoping the author of this plugin could give a documentation link just like I provided in my original question which shows the field names to be passed with the credit card number.
Currently, the only developer documentation we have for Braintree for WooCommerce is here: Braintree for WooCommerce: Action and Filter Hooks.
I’m not sure if that helps you much. If it doesn’t, let us know, and I can reach out to the plugin developers about additional documentation or at least the exact information you’re looking for.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Ingram micro? Api, ftp? Connecting my distributorsHi, @breedersspot!
We’re not entirely familiar with how IngramMicro works with WooCommerce. Did they perhaps give you any instructions or additional guidance?
I do see that there’s a integration called Spark Shipping that may work for you. You may want to look into their documentation here: Need to integrate Ingram Micro with WooCommerce?
As a kind reminder, this forum supports the core WooCommerce functionality, but I hope that helped point you in the right direction!
Hi, @sajiddesigner
Thank you for the additional information. I hope we can help point you in the right direction here.
For the core WooCommerce software to run on your site, certain server requirements must be met. Can you please go over the following resources and make sure that your site is set up accordingly?
It’s best that you go over that with help from your hosting provider.
Please give that a go and keep us updated!
Hi, @eullersonsoares!
If the customer enters any data in which the purchase is not approved by Cielo.
Can you let us know more about Cielo? Is this a plugin you’re using on your site? I suspect that the issue of multiple emails being generated may be coming from that plugin.
As a kind reminder, this forum supports the default functionality of the WooCommerce software. And by default, these are the only emails sent out by WooCommerce: Email notifications.
If you’re seeing multiple instances of the Failed order email being sent out, you’ll want to check on any plugins that may be switching the statuses of orders back and forth.

In reply to: [Storefront] size of site logo & tagline gone after logo addedHi, @freelylw!
By default, the logo size used by Storefront is 21% of the fixed width inside the header area, so it’s dynamic. However, the logo’s height to width ratio should be maintained.
When you say the image has been “stretched,” do you mean it’s being distorted? Can you show us examples of what you see? You can use https://snipboard.io/ to share those with us.
As for the tagline, you should be able to add that right under where you add the logo and site title in WP Admin > Appearance > Customize > Site Identity:

Hi, @jamierood!
I get what you mean about the disconnect sometimes between artists and techies. ๐
Cannot seem to find WP-Admin Appearance, but have the Product Images page before somewhere.
That said, if you’d still like to give Niall’s suggestion a go, you should be able to find “Appearance” on the left sidebar of your WP Admin dashboard. Depending on your site, you might have to scroll down a bit to see it:

In reply to: [WooCommerce Admin] Net SalesHi, @inlandempireaaconvention!
First of all, apologies for the delayed reply here.
Second, please try regenerating the Analytics data. You can do that by following these steps:
- Go to Analytics > Settings in your dashboard.
- Scroll down to the “Import Historical Data” section and click the “Start” button.
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/M9Mr0eThat may take some time to import. You don’t need to remain on the page. It’s fine to leave and come back later.
Once the import has completed, check the Analytics reports again to see if the data is correct now. If it still isn’t, then go back to Analytics > Settings. This time, delete the previously imported data:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/HSWiuEOnce it’s gone, then run the import tool again. This will give a fresh, complete data set to work with.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] in stock product tagHi, @fana123!
By default, the “in stock” message only displays when stock management is enabled. Can you let us know more about why you would want to disable it and still show the “in stock” message?
I’ve found a similar question to yours though, and you may want to look into the code suggested here: Display โIn Stockโ notice for WooCommerce variations with no Managed Stock

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Move Category desription under “page numbers”Hi, @liulausemaus95!
I checked your site and it looks like it’s using this theme: Electro Electronics Store WooCommerce Theme. Would that be correct?
If yes, since the placement of the description is specific to your theme, I would suggest that you ask your question in the following support channel:
