In reply to: [Sensei LMS Certificates] {{completion_date}} not working@applesandarrows I just tried this out on my test site and
{{completion_date}}is working as expected. The completion date is still showing up for users on the front end.I also tried to view the screenshots you shared, but I received errors saying that Imgur is temporarily over capacity. Can you please try inserting your screenshots directly into your message here?
Can you also let us know if you have already tried conflict testing to see if the issue is caused by another plugin or your theme? I recommend following the steps using the Health Check plugin here so that your production site isn’t affected:

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Listing renewalsThe problem we’re encountering is that when they click to renew their job offer, it expires in, for example, 90 days + ads 89 days more, for a total of 179 days, instead of the 90-day maximum expiration date we initially configured.
@ibiza69 Unfortunately, this is the current default behavior of the plugin. Renewing before expiration will add the full duration to the current expiry date. If you wish to alter it, you would need a custom function.

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Missing “Publish” Button from Posting a New Job PositionIt absolutely is a plugin issue. It’s a really big bummer because I’m using Beaver Builder for the site, and Beaver Themer to build the header and footer. Beaver Themer is the culprit. I’m not sure how to fix this conflict because I really need Beaver Themer.
@mkt250cassiejones Yes, unfortunately, WP Job Manager is one of the listed incompatibilities that Beaver Builder itself mentions on this page: https://docs.wpbeaverbuilder.com/beaver-builder/troubleshooting/debugging/known-beaver-builder-incompatibilities/#wp-job-manager
For both of your styling questions, you will indeed need to use styling through CSS or template overrides: https://wpjobmanager.com/document/developer-reference/themes/template-overrides/

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Personalising the details page of a job offer doesn’t workHi, @yakrotaktek! Based on what you’ve described, the Jobhunt theme is most likely overriding the changes you tried to implement. For this one, I’d highly recommend that you reach out to the Jobhunt developers for advice on the best way you can apply your customizations without conflicting with their theme.

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Redirect to thank you page after submitting job manager formI have redirected to thank you page after form submission. But still the main issue exists. As you can see in the screenshot, almost every job application is twice.
@avijitpalit The duplication of the job listings is likely not coming from the form itself. Can you test if job listings are still duplicated if you deactivate all other plugins and use a default theme? You can follow these steps:
- Install the Health Check plugin on your site
- Download and install the Twenty Twenty-Four theme on your site, if not installed already
- Go to Installed Plugins
- Click Troubleshoot on WP Job Manager
- Submit a job
- Check if the job listing was duplicated
- Once you are done, go back to wp-admin and disable troubleshooting mode through the top bar
And is there any hooks to check the email is already applied or not?
Can you let us know more about what your goal here is? For example, do you want to see if a particular email address has already been used to apply for a certain job listing?

In reply to: [Regenerate Thumbnails] Обновление миниатюр@southklad I hope I understand your issue correctly, and if not, please feel free to share more details. It looks like content on your site is still referring back to the old sizes. Is my understanding correct?
If yes, can you please make sure “Update the content of posts to use the new sizes” is checked for you?

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] How to add Job Type FieldHi, @mj00712! It looks like you want to have a job type field in your job submission form. If so, you don’t need to add custom code for that. “Job Type” should already be available in the job submission form by default.
If I misunderstood your goal, please feel free to share more details.

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Showing full image in job listingI think I see where the cropping is coming from, @jonpbradley. I just checked again on a test site. In WP Admin, go to Settings > Media, can you try disabling “Crop thumbnail to exact dimensions (normally thumbnails are proportional)”? You may then need to regenerate the thumbnails with a plugin like Regenerate Thumbnails.
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Showing full image in job listing@jonpbradley I suspect that the cropping of the image is being caused by your site’s theme. The best way to test would be to temporarily switch your site to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Four, then check if the cropping doesn’t occur. You can use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to test the theme without affecting how the site appears to users.
