Hi Deb @ecommaccountant! I’ve tested with Colorado zip codes using only the automated tax calculation from the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax extension and with geolocation off, and Colorado taxes have come up correctly for me before.
As for @barrypersonalctonet’s question, Austin’s explanation is correct. I’ve run into the same issue before on another thread here:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Clearing default state and country for guests onlyHi, @drwilsons!
What luck! I just answered a similar query. Can you try the “No location by default” setting” for “Default customer location” under WooCommerce > Settings?
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/08hgT5With that selected, customers who are not logged in should see blank fields, like so:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] State drop down defaults to store’s stateHi @graftedin,
Have you tried the “No location by default” setting” for “Default customer location” under WooCommerce > Settings?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Purchase limited products per monthHi, @inzamam!
I was thinking that plugins that set quantity rules like the following might work in your case:
However, you also mention membership levels, which complicates things a bit. In that case, the first one there might be best for you to try out since it does mention setting rules by role/membership.
I hope this helps point you in the right direction!
Hi, @shaibustephen!
You can achieve this setup with a combination of plugins/extensions. For instance, one combination you can consider is using WooCommerce Memberships with Dynamic Pricing. And for that, you might want to check out this guide here:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Error with WooCommerce analyticsHi, @soon7!
You may have run into a known issue with WooCommerce 5.1, which our developers are hoping to fix in future versions.
Is your site using WooCommerce 5.1? If yes, can you try installing this plugin if it will help with your issue?
https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-admin/Please give that a go and let us know if it works for you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Refund line not negativeHi, @dragoscristian!
But no matter what I seem to do, the email containing the refund shows it with positive numbers. The amount is correct, but it’s just not negative.
By this, are you referring to the “Refunded order” notification under WooCommerce > Settings > Emails?
If yes, can you check if you’re perhaps using a template override or a plugin that’s modifying your store’s default email templates? Using the default templates that come with WooCommerce should show the refund amounts correctly as negative:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/JUgvruAlso, when you say, “The amount is correct, but it’s just not negative,” are the funds correctly being sent back to the customer? This will help us determine if this is more of a cosmetic issue having to do with email templates or a sign of a bigger problem.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Problemi with configurationThanks for that, @vensocialmedia!
While visiting your site, I didn’t see any tracking on the WooCommerce pages. In your first message, you said:
When I return to WordPress it appears as if it had not been done and everything is not configured.
Can you let us know more about what you’re seeing? You can send us a screenshot through https://snipboard.io
Before attempting a reconnection, if you have an ad blocker installed, can you try temporarily disabling it first, then reconnecting with a new incognito session on your browser?
Please let us know how that goes!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Sync and ShowHi, @oscarfilhoo!
why do some products come with “sync and show” and others come with “sync and hyde” by default?
I know it can be confusing but, without more information on your products, it can be difficult to say. Are you seeing differences between the products that “sync and show” and those that “sync and hide”? For example, are some variable products, bundled products?
For instance, virtual products will be automatically hidden as they are not allowed by Facebook’s Commerce Policy.
Let us know if you can find some pattern in the products, and we might be able to help you figure out why some of them “sync and show” while others “sync and hide.”

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] “Product type” not working on product setsHi, @irenella!
Hello, How can i send you a screenshot? Can we speak via email? I have a screencast already made.
Of course! You can open a support request with us through this link:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/Do note that you will need a WooCommerce.com account to do so and that’s free to set up. In your request, in addition to the screencast, please include a link to this thread so we can refer to it.
We look forward to hearing more from you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway] IPN PROBLEMHi, @fishing0d!
From what you mention, it looks like some orders are not changing status after payment through PayPal anymore. Is my understanding correct?
If yes, for such orders, can you confirm that payments are being received without issue in your PayPal account?
Can you also check the order notes on the right side? Are there any notes there about PayPal IPN?
Finally for now, under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal Checkout, can you see if logging is enabled? If not, please enable it. Once enabled, you’ll then want to check WooCommerce > System Status > Logs for any PayPal logs that match the dates on the problem orders. Please share what you find with us here.
We look forward to hearing more from you!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Missing some variant IDs product Facebook CatalogHi, @ngsoes!
I’m glad you were able to figure this out. As for why it may have happened, it’s difficult to say. My suspicion though is that it might have to do with the comma in the variant name “iPhone 12 Mini 5,4 Inch”. Facebook may have been interpreting the comma as a break in values.
Was the variant named exactly like that before? And do you have other variants with a similar name that synced without any problems?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Apple and Google pay not workHi, @anton2oc!
I’d love to help you with this. Do you have a product page I can check?
Also, are you trying to view your site from a compatible device with a payment method added? One way you can check for device compatibility, at least for Apple Pay, is by visiting https://applepaydemo.apple.com/
If the device you’re using is compatible, the Apple Pay button should show up like so:

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] unable to connect my website to my accountHi, @islamfotouh!
I’m glad you’re finally able to connect your site to your Facebook account!
As for the missing events, can you check what information the Pixel Helper gives when you click “Troubleshoot Pixel”?
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/DLwwhCWhen events aren’t tracked, it may be due to third-party plugins that are interfering with WooCommerce’s default functionality. For example, the AddToCart event may not be tracked if you’re using a plugin to redirect to the cart page after adding a product to the cart. In that case, you would need to use a snippet like this: https://gist.github.com/simonporter007/ad6b923c08672976a0ce05a5fb1a36a0
Can you check if you perhaps have any such plugins on your site?
