In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway] IPN PROBLEMHi, @fishing0d!
To clarify, do you already have an account at WooCommerce.com? If not, please create one, then head to WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support or https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?form=ticket to create a ticket from there.
In the form, please reference this forum thread, and we’ll continue to assist you from there!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Can’t Connect to Facebook – Oops something went wrongHi, @sandym2014!
My currency is set to Pound Sterling (£)
Thanks for confirming that. GBP is one of Facebook’s supported currencies but, as a quick test, can you try temporarily switching your WooCommerce store’s currency to USD, CAD, or EUR and then trying to establish the connection again? You can then change it back to GBP after.
Please let us know if this works for you!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Facebook for Woocommerce configuration errorHi, @maslzr!
I reviewed the screenshots you’ve provided, and I do see that you should have the necessary permissions now both on the page and on the Business Manager.
From your forum history, I also see that you’ve been having this issue for quite some time now, and I know that it must be getting very frustrating at this point. However, we’ve already gone through all the troubleshooting steps we normally take when it comes to issues like the one you’re experiencing, so I really am sorry to have to ask you to try getting in touch with Facebook again, but this time, through their page specifically for merchant support here:
https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/552096935652452Have you already tried that? If not, please do so. They might need to check if some assets are shared (which we’ve seen can cause permission issues), and in that case, they’ll be better suited to helping you sort that out.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] Can’t Use AMEX Card in CheckoutHi, @2chicks!
Do you think the card might have been a non-American issued card and so the prefix wasn’t recognized as an AMEX?
It’s difficult to say, but the card being a non-American issued card normally shouldn’t be a problem. Square lists the cards they accept here, and if the card works in your Squareup Dashboard, as you mentioned, it should also work on your site’s form.
When entering the card on your site, was the user receiving any error messages?
Any clue why the input field is so wide? It falls off the side of the form.
I looked at your site’s checkout page, and I do see that the card number field is too wide. When testing with a default theme like Storefront, the issue is not present:
Link to image: https://d.pr/0w3fenIn your case, the issue is most likely being caused by your site’s theme. One way you can check is by temporarily changing to a default theme like Storefront and seeing if the issue persists. Once you’ve confirmed that the issue is from your theme, you can contact your site’s theme developer for them to make any needed changes.
Hi, @mulligan13! If you’re running into a similar problem, according to our forum guidelines, it would be best that you create your own thread since something else may be causing the issue on your site. We would gladly assist you from there!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Error in Debug LogHi, @industrialweb!
Turning off plugins, one at a time, this was the only plugin throwing errors and the only plugin where the errors stopped when I turned it off.
I totally get what you mean here. If you’d still want to give conflict testing a go, however, from the guide that was previously linked, you might want to look at the Health Check plugin if you haven’t already. That has a troubleshooting mode that automatically disables plugins and doesn’t affect how visitors view your live site. It’s a useful plugin to have, and not just for this particular issue you’re experiencing.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Every other variant not getting syncedHi, @atojurian!
Would you still like to see the log?
Sure! We might find something else even though it’s not showing up as an error. Since the log is long, you can use a service like https://pastebin.com/ or Dropbox and share the link with us here.
To clarify too, can you check if each of the 8 variations has the “Sync and Show” option checked?
Hi, @userwhosme!
I checked your site https://decolight.lt/ and I do see
!-- Facebook Pixel Code -->at the top of it.Considering the issue remains after you’ve removed the Facebook for WooCommerce extension, do you recall if you maybe added the code in a different way before, either through another plugin or directly in your site’s code?
Also, looking at how a

Are you still encountering the same issue? If yes, according to our forum guidelines, it would be best that you create your own thread since something else may be causing the issue on your site. In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] contentview not workingHi, @rios88!
How can I attach the screenshot to you?
Austin’s given you a few options there, and from that, you might want to try https://snipboard.io
Using that service, you should be given a link to the screenshot that you can then add to your reply to us here.
from what I see if I put elementor canvas or elementor full width template it is when it does not show me the viewcontent attribute. What can I do to get that attribute to display using the elementor template?
This is interesting! To confirm, using a default template, you’re seeing the “view content” attribute. Is that right?
If yes, then something from Elementor might be interfering with that. In case members of the Elementor community have run into a similar issue, you might also want to post your question in the following avenues:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Sales tax paymentHi, Chris @celticartnz!
No need to apologize here! Now to answer your questions:
does this sales tax payment go directly ( automatically ) to the particular government & I don’t have to do anything
No, the sales tax does not go directly to the government. Whatever the customer pays, including any taxes, gets transferred to you. It is then up to you to file any taxes you owe to your government as a result of doing business.
When physically posting the item & when it arrives in the country how do customs know that sales tax has already been paid ?
Normally, you’ll ship orders with an invoice that lists what’s been paid for by the customer, and sales tax will be on its own line item there. Do note that, when selling internationally, your customer will most likely still need to pay additional duties in the form of customs or import duties.
For more on this, it would be best to consult with a tax professional. However, I do hope I’ve given you some information to start with!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] error in the integration of woocommerce and Mailchimp,Hi, @alannaimtapia!
The WooCommerce forum where you’re posting now is better suited for questions relating to the core functionality of WooCommerce. And since your question is specific to the Mailchimp for WooCommerce integration, you would find better support for that in its own forum here:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] call for shpping issue ideasHi, @stevebrett!
Ideally if i assigned a class of “quote” to a product it would change the shipping method text to something like “call us for a quote….”
You’re on the right track here! Using a shipping class seems like a good idea for your particular use case. You can then use something like Request a Quote for WooCommerce that will give you a “Call for a Quote” shipping method which you can assign specifically to your “quote” shipping class.
If you’re interested, the developers of that extension have documentation on it here:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/requestquote/I hope that gives you an idea of where to start!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Bulk Upload not creating variationsHi, @belvee!
I took a look at your CSV file, and it looks like the variations are not mapping to the parent product correctly because the fields under “Parent” for the variants do not match the parent product’s SKU.
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/HpGoQICan you try the import process again by following the steps in this guide?

We don’t officially support AMP in WooCommerce yet. But in the meantime, you might want to consider using plugins for this very function like:
