It may be that your currency is not supported. If your WooCommerce default currency is not on this list, some folks have had success temporarily changing their currency to a supported one (USD, CAD, GBP, EUR) to connect and then changing it back afterward. However, this isn’t an officially recommended workaround so we can’t guarantee that it will work.
Hi @islamfotouh. The next thing to try is to reset the external business ID and re-connect your site to Facebook. Here are the steps:
- Go to https://<your-site>/wp-admin/options.php
- Search for wc_facebook_external_business_id
- Update the field to include only ASCII characters and save. The best practice here is to use store-name-dfsdc3lck9k6q ← 13-digit random string. Make sure there are no special characters in the name.
- Go back to WooCommerce > Facebook and click “Get Started” again

@drwpcom i want to thank you so much, the problem solved by updating the id without any random characters.
i have another question the plugin work fine but when i check for the events i didn’t found add to cart event or purchase event on the product page and checkout page !

As for the missing events, can you check what information the Pixel Helper gives when you click “Troubleshoot Pixel”?

When events aren’t tracked, it may be due to third-party plugins that are interfering with WooCommerce’s default functionality. For example, the AddToCart event may not be tracked if you’re using a plugin to redirect to the cart page after adding a product to the cart.
