In reply to: [WooCommerce] change place of the fee in checkout pageHi, @kikomo!
Thank you for the additional details!
From what you’ve shared, it looks like you’ll have to modify the plugin code for either Woo Custom Fee or Woo Add Custom Fee. As a kind reminder though, this forum supports the core WooCommerce functionality.
So, for Woo Custom Fee, I would recommend posting your question here:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woo-custom-fee/I see you’ve already done that, but you may want to ask the developers about the code modification you’ve been doing if they have further ideas.
For Woo Add Custom Fee, I would recommend asking here:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woo-add-custom-fee/If the developers don’t get back to you there, one of the other users might too.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] [Solid Print3D] Your Site is Experiencing a Technical IssueHey Neil,
From the error details you provided, the main fix that I can really suggest is updating WooCommerce. If you’ll note, it mentions:
An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 20 of the file /nas/content/live/solidprint3d/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/admin/meta-boxes/views/html-product-data-panel.php. Error message: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_type() on bool in /nas/content/live/solidprint3d/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/admin/meta-boxes/views/html-product-data-panel.php:2That indicates a likely issue with the core WooCommerce files. An up-to-date version of WordPress is also not guaranteed to be backwards compatible with an outdated version of WooCommerce.
If you’re using outdated plugins, we also recommend that you perform a plugin audit. If the plugin is no longer being updated or supported, it could cause different kinds of problems on your site, not just in terms of function but security too. It’s best to move to a plugin that is being updated.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Overall Plugin СritiqueHi @maxington26! I see you’ve added a vote for the short description in the Ideas Board. Thank you!
And @orezoria, I’ve heard back from the developers with recommendations for the “An error occurred while retrieving your product feed. Please try again later.” message you’ve been getting. This is what they said:
The product feed page does quite a bit of processing and because of that it might take a while for it to be displayed when the number of synced products is large. It’s probable that the script has timed out. I recommend they increase the maximum execution time of PHP scripts by setting the
max_execution_timeconfig and also increase thememory_limitsettings in thephp.inifile to see if it resolves the issue. It might also help to look at their server logs if the issue persists after making these changes. Can you please see if making the above adjustments to your server configuration helps?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product importHi, @sangdorn!
Have you already seen our documentation on using the default CSV importer here: Product CSV Importer and Exporter?
If you haven’t, there’s a section there on Converting an existing simple product to a variable product that you might want to look at.
For your reference, we also have a link to a sample CSV here: Create your CSV.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Fillable dropdown for States field and Country filedHi, @2ndcapricorn!
Can you change the states and country field on the checkout page to a fillable dropdown?
Not sure if this is what you’re looking for, but the default Storefront theme has a dropdown with a field that can be filled out:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/bDO3mvWas that what you meant by a “fillable dropdown”?
In any case, you might want to look into an address validation plugin like the ones recommended here: Top Best WooCommerce Address Validation and Autocomplete Plugins.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] change place of the fee in checkout pageHi, @kikomo!
Can you let us know which Woo Add Custom Fee plugin you’re using on your site? I see at least a couple:
The reason I ask is that, if you haven’t already, it would be best that you ask your question in the support channel specific to the plugin you’re using. They would have a better idea of the adjustments that you’ll need to make.
Hi, @kicksatlantis!
That would normally depend on your site’s theme. From your site’s code, I see it’s using the Ultra Theme by Themify. As such, I would highly suggest asking your question in one of the following support channels:
Hi, @sambiss1!
I’ll be replying to you in English. However, feel free to respond to me in French, and I’ll enter your messages into Google Translate.
I’m currently getting an
ERR_TIMED_OUTerror when visiting your site, so I’m unable to see the issue. That said, as a kind reminder, these forums support the core WooCommerce software. The issue you describe seems like it’s confined to the theme your site is using, the Martfury theme. In this case, I would suggest that you get in touch with the theme developers here: https://drfuri.ticksy.com/?envato_item_id=21273233
I hope that helped point you in the right direction!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] [Solid Print3D] Your Site is Experiencing a Technical IssueHi, @neilsewell!
From the information you’ve shared with us, the thing that sticks out the most is that the WooCommerce plugin on your site is very outdated. For reference, it looks like your site is still using version 4.8.0. The latest version is already 5.4.1.
My immediate suggestion for you would be to upgrade WooCommerce. Often, issues can be resolved simply by updating. This will also ensure that your website is running as securely as possible, as there will have been security vulnerabilities corrected with the updates.
Before updating, I would also suggest making a full backup of your site. You can use Jetpack Backup for that.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Overall Plugin СritiqueHi, @orezoria!
Thank you for taking the time to leave us detailed feedback on the plugin.
For numbers 1, 2, 3, and 5, I would encourage you to add your feature suggestions to the ideas board here: https://ideas.woocommerce.com/forums/133476-woocommerce?category_id=403986
This is where the developers look for popular ideas to implement.
As for the “An error occurred while retrieving your product feed. Please try again later.” message, I’ve reached out to the developers on what may be causing the issue on your site, and how it can be remedied. I’ll keep you updated as soon as I hear back from them.
Hi, @foerster!
First, can you check on your WooCommerce system status and let me know if the SSL is showing a ✔️ there?
Second, please head to your general WordPress settings page, Settings > General and see if WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) both show https:// there like this:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/17WRDTFinally, for now, do you have any plugins on your site that handle SSL?

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Can not select catalogHi, @rayeason!
Are you seeing any particular notices or error messages when trying to select a catalog?
If you can provide us a screenshot of what you’re seeing, that would be very helpful. If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, you can use https://snipboard.io
Also, you mentioned the following:
However, it’s not allowing to me select a catalog after selecting an incorrect Business Manager during the initial setup.
Can you clarify for us, are you now connected to the correct Business Manager? If not, you may want to start the connection from scratch by following the steps here: Facebook for WooCommerce: Uninstall Plugin and Remove WooCommerce Facebook App.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Single main product with complementary productsHi, @carlosrms!
Based on your requirements, you may want to look into a plugin like Chained Products.
To give you an idea of what’s possible with it, you can look at its documentation here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/chained-products/
As it’s also sold on the WooCommerce.com marketplace, you can make the most out of the WooCommerce.com 30-day refund policy to try the plugin first. If you find it doesn’t do what you want, you can get a refund.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce membership for posts onlyHi, Clarissa @herluxurywellness!
I bought the woocommerce membership plugin.
Can you let us know the exact plugin you purchased? Was it perhaps this one: WooCommerce Memberships?
If you’ll send us a link to the plugin you purchased, that would be helpful too. The reason I ask is that this forum supports the core WooCommerce functionality, but we’d be happy to help point you towards specialized support for the plugin you have.
